Worst quality furniture anyone can possibly buy. It's frame is made out of compressed wood, which is just as good as cardboard. The best piece of advise is to avoid it all together. We've had problems since it was delivered. We couldn't use it for the first week as the wood support for the legs was damaged. The driver had us speak to a young lady in the office, who convinced me to keep it as she was going to send someone to repair it and bring it up to "showroom standard." A!l there stuff looks nice price is good does the stuff last ! I have to say not very well bin just about a year an our couch is falling apart we ha e the warranty but its about as good as nothing. Will never buy from them again Add comment

*******DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY HOMESTORES******So, I bought this sectional couch from ASHLEY FURNITURE HOME STORE IN GASTONIA less than 5 months ago. $1000.00 plus a 2 year extended warranty for $200.00. THREE times, the SAME issue, the CHEAP wood cracked on the legs of a console table....they replaced the legs and each set CRACKED!! today i went to the store in mentor ohio...the staff and manager are GREAT, they understood the problem and offered to replace the entire table...which i did...when they called, they said i had to pay 69.00 delivery charge for the new table...even after knowing that the legs cracked... the manager's hands are tied, he can't do a thing about it...he said he would have his people put the table together... I ordered a bed from Ashley and not only did they bring the wrong bed twice. It was on back order and no one had the decency to call or send an email. I will never shop there again. The manager had the audacity to call and try to get smart with her comments on the phone. The worst service I have ever had. Never again. Read more

Sectional couch order 01/16, specifically told a locking system is included to prevent sectional from sliding apart. Couch delivered 2/16, withOUT the locking mechanism. Customer service ordered parts, took an additional 3 weeks to get a technician here. Technician states wrong parts were ordered. Call again, late April, customer service sends the WRONG parts a 2nd time. Told mid-May a technician would come out to address the locking system. I have made 3 payments on an incomplete piece of furniture, not a priority, not apologized to, treated... Read more

Problem started three months after we bought our furniture the leather started peeling so we contacted the they sent a tech out who looked at it said he had to order parts the part took three months to come in then tech came out and did a terrible job on the repair so they sent another tech out he looked at it all he did was complain what a terrible job the first tech did then he ordered more parts took another three months for parts to come in then tech came out took over two hours with the repair it looked worse than the first tech repairs... I walked in the Ashley Store in Lithonia, Georgia on a Sunday. I was excited to make my first bed purchase ever. I told the saleslady I needed a platform bed for my guest room. We found it, I paid with a check and I was excited. It was delivered on Tuesday. The 2 delivery people rushed in and brought in the bed. One returned to the truck and ONE attempted to put the bed together. It fell over and broke ( not impressed with the quality and I missed a couple of hours from work). Waited all day for a delivery that was supposed to be between 10:00 and 1:00 from Ashley furniture, only to recieve a phone call at 3:00 that they would have to reschedule it for 3 days later. Add comment

1.0 star rating 4/12/2016 This company is terrible. I bought a $2,000 sectional (yes, $2k, not the $500 cheap one). It arrive damaged, and it took 3 service calls for them to fix it as well as 15+ phone calls of them moving the appointment, confirming, etc. Yes, they eventually fixed it, but that was 12 hours of leave from work that I had to miss. Their customer service number people are rude. If you have to call them for service, i highly recommend also signing up for meditation, a therapist, or getting on Xanax. Their sales staff are nice...
