Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. is a privately owned company that was founded in 1945 and incorporated by Carlyle Weinberger. The company is headquartered in Arcadia, Wisconsin.
It specializes in furnishings industry providing and manufacturing different upholstered dining, bedroom and living room furniture, bedding, casegoods, etc. The slogan of the company is: "We want to be the best furniture company".
At the present time this is an international furniture company with stores in the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada. In 2006 Ashley Furniture had to settle the civil action lawsuit was filed by American Century for the violation of the copyright laws.
