Ashley furniture's warranty is the biggest joke ever and a waste of money. This is my first set from them and I just purchased it at the end of Feb. 2016...fast forward to 2 weeks ago the middle of the board on the couch is broken and I explained in full detail with pictures what happened...instead of the servicemen coming out to fix the couch with a new board he comes with glue and says don't sit on it for 24 hours. Purchased a couch & not happy with the appearance. Customer service says its manufactured approved & will not help me. I'm asking for a new couch or a store credit. I even purchased the warranty

I should have known better, because a year or so ago I went to Ashley Furniture on Pulaski Highway in Baltimore County, responding to a sale ad, and when I got there found prices that were at least double what you would see for the same or comparable furniture elsewhere, but with 50% off sale signs on it. I actually asked a nearby salesman if the store changed all of the pricing the day before the sale so they could then "slash" prices and he... Read more

I have a new couch, well it's 2 months old purchased from Ashley in Tacoma WA. It fall's lower at both ends so the arms are lower than the middle. The foam in one cushion has shifted and one sticks up the full length if the cushion. When you sit on the couch you are pulled to the corner by the arm. The customer service person that was sent out agreed and even explained why the cushion looked the way it does, the foam was put in wrong. Several... Read more

We purchased our couch, loveseat, end tables and coffee table on 3/19/16 from Ashley Furniture on Woodruff Road in Greenville, SC. The items were delivered on 4/20/16. In early May we called the store to complain about the couch cushions on both the loveseat and couch since they were warping and were very uncomfortable. BE AWARE!!! DELIVERY WILL NOT WORK AROUND YOUR TIME, you will need to ask for the entire day off o be flexible changing the "agreed" 4 hour window. THEY ARE BULLIES, they call your apartment complex directly to force you to work with their delivery time. I bought a $1000 durablend Ashley couch and after 2 years all finish started peeling off. It's disgusting!

Please do not buy anything from Ashley Furniture. We went to the Ashley Furniture at Rosedale/Pulaski Highway. We were told our furnitures would be delivered in 2-6 weeks. It took 3 months and and no updates or definitive answer as to when we will have all the furnitures we ordered in the store.
