THEY WILL SWITCH PRODUCTS AND IF YOU CATCH THEM THEY WILL OFFER A DESCOUNT DUE TO THE MISTAKE. IF YOU DO NOT TAKE THE DISCOUNT FOR THE ITEM YOU DO NOT WANT THEN YOU ARE OFFERED FULL STORE CREDIT FOR ANY OTHER ITEM. This company has the rudest customer service department I have ever interacted with. I deal with hundreds of vendors online and have never encountered a company so rude and not helpful. I had to threaten further action before even receiving any kind if response from them and then from that point on it was bad. In 2011, I purchased about $4,000 worth of furniture from Ashley Furniture in Altoona, Pa. I was told to purchase the 5 year warranty, and if anything where to go wrong within that 5 years it would be covered. Within less than a year the couch and recliner started to deteriorate. We purchased a couch and love seat last January. I have to say they are the most uncomfortable pieces of furniture I have ever sat on. My wife and I both have excessive shoulder and back pain. As well as leg pain. They are the worst couches I have ever seen. Is anyone else having these issues? Add comment
