Sectional couch order 01/16, specifically told a locking system is included to prevent sectional from sliding apart. Couch delivered 2/16, withOUT the locking mechanism. Customer service ordered parts, took an additional 3 weeks to get a technician here. Technician states wrong parts were ordered. Call again, late April, customer service sends the WRONG parts a 2nd time. Told mid-May a technician would come out to address the locking system.
