Let me start off with saying that Ashley's Furniture does not care about their customers I would never recommend anyone to shop there please look at all the reviews before you step into their store I wish I would have done that all I can say is we learned and lived from this situation and I hope no one else has to go through what we did it should be against the law what they do to people

Our new sofa set just got delivered yesterday. Upon delivery, we noted that the cushions weren't plump as we had seen and like at Ashley Furniture Winnipeg (St. James). The delivery staff was like, "aaa I don't know... call the custimer service". I was near the store at that time, so my wife called me and narrated the incidence. Why does my Daystar sofa & loveseat have 4 mismatched throw pillows with it? The custom look throw pillows should match.I have never purchased a sofa & loveseat with this problem. In the past my custom throw pillows always matched. I am happy with my sofa & loveseat but Im not happy with the pillows !! I wish someone could help me with this problem this is not what I paid for.

We purchased a leather couch, love seat, and recliner along with thier extended warranty premium package. Our furniture is defective to where the leather is wearing off to microfiber and I have been fighting since January to get it fixed or replaced per what my warranty says should happen because it is not a warranty issue it is DEFECTIVE FURNITURE and Ashley Furniture is responsible to replace it. This company is absolutely terrible! Do NOT buy from them go to rooms to go or a better furniture store, the customer service is absolutely terrible, your order never arrives on time and cancelling is a nightmare! I will be reporting Ashley furniture to the BBB

My husband and I purchased a new living room set, we were impressed with the Hariston -Shitake Loveseat and Sofa at Ashley's furniture. Our salesman was inviting and even applied some "discounts" on our purchase. I paid a fortune for two Durablend red couches, only after a hearty assurance of quality and durability from the store owner, himself.....right, with "dura" right in the name of the product....NOT! The sofas weren't even used much and are protected from light...but suddenly they both started delaminating in different sections. I bought from a Hickory Nc store. I purchased 2 beds. They said that they would take my mattresses upon delivery. When they delivered the beds they put my mattresses on my deck. Called and complained. They said they would send someone to pick them up..now they say the mattresses are wet and cant pick them up. I paid for pick up. I will be hoing somewhere else for my furniture next time

Ashley Furniture engages in deceitful business practices to avoid honoring their product warranties. On 7/12/16 I called Ashley Furniture Parts Department, and ordered two replacement motors from Stephanie, within the warranty period, for a couch with two built-in reclining chairs purchased from Ashley Furniture in Columbia, MO.
