March 11, 2015: purchased an Ashley Sofa at Ashley Store in Falls Church, VA.Returned item, at my expense-- it was too long. Asked store for a smaller version, received it approx. 2 weeks later. I made it clear to sales women I was very allergic to smells, and repeatedly asked if chemicals were used in sofa. She told me they stopped using chemicals in there products, so I bought a sofa. Much to my surprise, they not only still use them but it seems to be 5 times worse than anything I could have gotten from Walmart! Ashley's furniture has horrible customer service and mean owners.They will talk to you as if you are a nobody. I have called fatimia and sam for the past three weeks and left messages. They will never call you back. Purchased furniture from them and have had repairs 3 times since December, cushions are worse each time. I want a refund or store credit. I had a very positive experience at Ashley Home Furniture in Draper, Utah thanks to a Manager named June. When I was unhappy with a piece of furniture that was delivered she dealt with the problem immediately and to my satisfaction. The store is very lucky to have her working there because I never would have gone back if this problem had not been dealt with as quickly and smoothly as June was able to do. Please do your health a favor and save the stress of dealing with Ashley furniture. Once you leave the store all the great service is gone. It will take months to get a service tech out to repair anything. Your service will be cancelled and no you will not be notified. You will waste your time, money, days off and the service team will order the wrong parts over and over and good luck scheduling a day that works for you. After all it's customer... Read more

Durablend Leather is worthless DO NOT BUY. Sofa and Love Seat are peeling of course not covered under warranty. The cost to repair is the cost to buy new. Lesson learned buy leather only Add comment

I purchased a couch and love seat from Ashley furniture in feb. 2012. about 18 months later the couch and love seat started peeling! I called the warranty company to no avail, they told me that the warranty did not cover peeling. I contacted Ashley and the sent me more covers for the seat of the couch. Of course that didn't last, by the time I got covers for the couch, the arms of the couch and love seat were peeling! My living room looked... Read more

I am glad that everybody see this review because Ashley made a mistake in delivering the wrong mattress, i thought that my mattress was braking down only to find out that it was the wrong mattress even after i had it for almost a year. Add comment
