We purchased an entertainment center that unfortunately arrived severely damaged and essentially unusable. My new sofa and recliner were delivered in May 2015. I noticed the sofa seats were sagging almost immediately. I am a senior and don't weigh 200 pounds. I purchased this sofa and chair&1/2 and not even 2 yrs later all the leather started feeling off. I had insurance and that was told it was normal wear and tear. The only thing was replaced wzs the cushion covers. I have too keep the backs of my chairs covered and also the ottamon. I receive disability i ca not purchase new furniture every three years. I bought a dining table and sectional at Ashley 2 years ago and both are falling apart. The couch cushions have pulls, the dining seat covers are tearing and the finish on the wood table is wearing. I paid way more then they were selling tit at Bob's because I thought quality would be better but I was wrong. I am going to get rid of this *** and buy new furniture 2 yrs later which is a shame.... In February 2013 I furnished an entire home with Ashley's furniture and paid cash. Delivered, defective, redelivered. As I am a Cdn, have spent between 5 - 7 months using this furniture since delivered. Returned to FL in November 2015, noticed wearing on Reclining Love Seats - not covered under extended warranty I am told. Screws constantly falling out of dining chairs. Both chairs and love... Do not buy this it is a rip off. You pay $139.99 and they tell you you can receive a new mattress pad every year just stop into the store and pick one up. I have been trying to get a new one for 3 weeks now. Made 3 calls and they referred me to the protection company. They are telling me the pad has to be damaged in some way to receive a new pad so i if I can't get a new pad then I want my money... Read more

My bed started making loud noises when you turn the vibrator on the repairman was sent out and he stuffed insulation around the vibrators which is in my opinion a temporary fix he also was to install the parts at the foot of the bed to stop the mattress from sliding into the foot board. I purchased the extended warranty through GBS for my Ashley Durablend couch and loveseat and was told "peeling isn't covered on Durablend only on top grain leather products". Both are peeling in several places. When I was sold the warranty I was of course promised that everything was covered. They don't even give you a copy of what is coverwd at purchase. The bed is here and as we were instructed delivery would be best so that it is assembled correctly. They put it together and left it on the floor! No legs in order. 8 weeks since purchase and we are still waiting to get the adjustable bed off the floor. The legs were shown received at the warehouse 2 weeks ago.
