We bought a. Queen bedroom set ,dining room table, and a recliner from them . They were purchased January 2014 . we purchase a matress cover for 100 dollars ! i thought was way to much butveas told if ANYTHING got on the matress it would be replaced for the life if the matress .so we bought. We bought a $6,000 mattress and the salesman told us it was a win win situation. That if we weren't happy with it, all we would have to do is return it within 90 days. I have the same peeling issue with my couches from Ashley. We bought the insurance that they offer and it covers just about everything BUT the peeling because it is a manufacturer defect. I'd be better off "accidentally" setting the couches on fire. So the insurance company refused to repair our couches and Ashley refused to do anything to help us get the couches replaced. Leather pealed at head rest on chair. We have five year warranty. Called. Sent pix of damage as requested. No response. Called. Told I would get call-back. Nothing. Emailed Corporation web site. No response. Emailed different corporate address. No response and then... Response! And several phone contacts later... Now that I'm on here I see this is a recurring issue for Ashley. On 3/29 I ordered an "Ashley" mattress and motorized base for $3,000. They set the delivery date to 4/10 and on 4/8 confirmed that delivery would be 4/10 between 12:30 and 4:30. On 4/10 they call me to inform me that I need to confirm my delivery date for 4/14.
