I have a 3 month old couch purchased from Ashley's Grapevine Mills, Texas store. At two months of age a part broke off the sleeper and flew across the room. After two visits from techs I was told the whole sleeper section was defective and needed to be replaced. I asked for a new sofa and was told in very rude terms that I could not have one. NEVER BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. we ordered a couch from Ashley and it's been 4 week and 3 failed deliveries.every time they got couch to deliver, the wood of the couch is broken.on the first attempt the the back of the couch itself was missing and the Love seat was broken.the 2nd time again the arms of the couch were broken,third time again the wood from several places was broken and the cotton from the couch was coming out.we send all the... I had some furniture ordered back in the middle of May. I ordered a bed/mattress, futon couch, and a dresser. They told me the mattress and dresser would arrive June 4th, and the rest would come on the 18th. The mattress and dresser arrived on the promised date, but they kept postponing the date for my couch. Right now it's supposed to arrive on July 25th. I recently made a cash purchase from Ashley furniture that is turning out to be a big mistake. I purchased a Hamlyn dining room set consisted of 2 amrchairs, table and 4chairs. my chair had defective parts that were very noticable but was shipped anyways. My leather??? sofa and loveseat have changed color from a dark brown to a rust and the cushions are spliting AT THE SEAM. Even sending the pictures of the damage did not help. The best they would do is give me 25% off another sofa, like I will shop there again. Yes, it has been three years since the purchase, but my husband and I are aged late 50's with no children, so abuse is not the issue. An inferior product is the issue. This store is... Read more

Recently went to the Ashley Store in Robert, LA and found a very nice sectional sofa I was considering purchasing. I went online to look for the sofa dimensions and googled Ashley Furniture. I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley Furniture, Daytona Beach. Delivery to take place on Wed 11am-3pm. Monday 8pm voice message received saying bureau is on back order. That's 36 hours before delivery I find out for 1st time, I'm not getting the bureau. Called back next morning suggesting they deliver floor sample to my home until back order delivered or provide monetary compensation. Guess what kind of customer service I received... Read more

Never buy from them again. Bought sofa an love seat. love seat is damaged and so is sofa. Promised to deliver, no show no call, when to store and manager was out of town. salesman said he was sorry but couldnt tell me why it was not delivered. finally paid someone to deliver, furniture is damaged and I told them I would never come to their showroom again. I purchased a bed from Ashley furniture and when they deliver it the headboard was damaged. I was told they need to re-order a new one which will take 7-10 days. few days later I received a call saying that the head board will take about a month to be made and delivered. "Me and my girlfriend spent hours looking to find a large rug, Love seat and Sofa chair with Autum. We matched everything to go with out couch. We were told in the store it would take 2-4 weeks for delivery. After 2 weeks I called to follow up on delivery. I was then told it would be between 2-8 weeks.
