Bad, bad, bad. Bought a loveseat and the "leather" has peeled off. Turns out it wasn't leather at all. Also, ordered a bed in March 2011, and still haven't used it. I received the bed and box spring at the end of May but had to have it returned because it's too big to move up the stairs. I'm still waiting for the special box spring to be delivered. It takes too long to get furniture from them. The salesman told me it would take one month for delivery....Don't think I will buy from them any more. Read more

I walked into Ashley on 2/16/11 & paid cash for a sectional. I was told it wasn't in stock & would take about 3 weeks. I agreed, however, my secional was delivered 4/16/11. I had to keep calling the store to check on the delivery status. I was told by a lady named Barbara I would receive the delivery fee back when the sectional was delivered. That didn't happen. It is now 5/30/11 & I still haven't received my refund. When I called inquiring of the refund, the salesman responded "you act like you're broke or something!" I wanted... Read more

Ashley Furniture would not send me a replacement part for a damage dining chair that I'd just pulled out of the box. Instead they told me it not there problem that I need to return to the store I just purchased it from. Not only is this time consuming but not very cost effective with the price of fuel. Needless to say I will never buy another piece of Ashley furniture for my home. I will return this set and ask the store if they carry another company brand with no links to Ashley at all. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Read more

We purchased TWO couches. They needed to be restuffed after only two weeks of use. Tech came and only did half the job. Somehow, they did not communicate what exactly needed to be fixed. Booking a time and day is always when it is convenient for them. Not us. We tell them we can be home for that date so they refuse to come out. They want the unit picked up! Ugh!!! They are extremely unaccomodating. Very very poor customer service. The worst. I have dealt with a lot of furniture stores before and this is the first time with Ashleys... Read more

I purchase over $3000.00 of Ashley Furniture from price point and paid EXTRA for a warranty less than 2 years ago and the leather is peeling off I tried to use the warranty and was told it didnt cover this so my warranty was worthless and I am pissed at price point for being dishonest I am trying to reac Ashley but have not yet I also sent pictures to the BBB in Nashville Tennessee I dont know if they van help me but my sister purchased the same furniture and she has kids I do not and hers is fine. We bought a leather couch and chair less than 10 months ago. The color is coming off of the recliner already. It isn't fading, it is peeling off! We paid an extra 200.00 for a warranty that seems to not cover much of anything. A so called repair rep came to our house and took pictures and said there was nothing he could do. Been in touch with Ashley several times. They claimed we didn't clean it enough! Good Lord, if anything we cleaned it too much. What a JOKE these people are. They've now said they will come and look at it... Read more

I purchased PKGD668-RET4 with two extra chairs D668-01 (over $2000 worth)and would like to know how I can reinforce the seats on my chairs? I would think after spending $150 per chair that they would hold up better than they are. I was not enthused to shop at Ashley but my wife likes it so we purchased what we needed. I find that for the price their furniture is made very poor. For the same price, I looked around and found that J C Penny's is a better deal by far, stronger and close in price. Due to my bone marrow/bone cancer, I've been seeking an Adjustable Queen-sized Bed. Ashley Furniture adverti$ed one for the 'Memorial Day Weekend' with a Memory Foam mattress for $999 on local TV. When I visited their website, I found no such thing adverti$ed. Why are there some companies that just insist on deleting their "Contact Us" on their websites? So, I then used the ole stand-by, the telephone. Might as well have used a telegraph for all the good those calls, (two) 2, did me! "Run Around Sue" was working and I never received an answer.... We ordered what appeared a nice loveseat from Ashley Furniture on 2-18-2011.The unit was delivered on 3-14-2011.Almost immediately after the truck left we noticed it looked like there were two completely different sized chairs connected to make this loveseat.I called and was told they'd send a technician out to remedy our concerns; but there was a waiting list for that also, so that couldn't happen until 4-9-11.All this wait, but you better not be delinquent on your payment! I was shopping for a TV STAND. They were located in the back corner of the store. I was taking some pictures to show my family and saw a person about 3 feet from me that was kneeling on the floor. I wasn't to sure what was going on here. He was kneeling and bowing and kissing the ground over and over again. He saw me while I waited a few minutes for him to finish his prayers.
