I wish that I would have looked at some of these web sites to review the service, or rather lack of service that folks received from Ashley Furniture before I bought from them. We purchased a couch set in Oct 2009 and to date we're still battling with them . Since day one of delivery we noticed alot of defects . We called service and very rudely ignored us for months . I ordered 2 rugs and a TV stand on 7-3-09. We set the delivery date up for 8-1-09 because Saturday is the only day I can be available for delivery. We purchased a day bed from Ashley furniture on 7-1-09. Delivery was today, 7-29-09. We're okay with the extended delivery time because we went out of town on vacation.
