I purchased a love seat as a gift on 4/22/09. By November 2009 the chair had fallen apart. There was wood actually coming through the back of the cushion. I purchased 2 recliners they had structural damage and the material balled up. After many phone calls with rude people they agreed to a in store credit. I than bought 2 more chairs. I purchased a dining table set at REGENCY FURNITURE in Waldorf MD in November with a 5 years protection plan. I discovered a defect on the table and notified them with emails and photos. Ashley's delivery service is awful. They promise to deliver between 4 to 6 weeks, but they took all the way to 8. When I called to cancel, they said that they would, but they would charged me 30% of the total purchase. Don't purchase from them! and the extended warranty,..HA! it's a hoax..I bought a recliner, and noticed that under the leg rest that there were two metal bars poking my legs, turned it up side down and saw the frame looked in-complete, asked for some repair,..man comes in for 5 Min's, says it is the way it's made and leaves,..! We purchased pub table and barstools. Moved and put our items in storage. We've misplaced the hardware and Ashley's furniture will not sale us the hardware. Customer Service told me to go to home depot. I went to 3 different stores, all home depots do not carry the hardware. Think twice before taking apart your items. Ashleys is not helpful.
