I went to Ashley Furniture today to purchase 2 end tables. I found the perfect ones, on clearance, right in my price range. Our problem is that when my wife bought two throw pillows the cashier said we had a 48 hour return policy and to sign here. Turns out the return policy states if you pay with cash and return something, the refund is sent by a check. Had my wife been informed by the sales staff she would have used a credit card, and the return wouldn't be an issue, instead the cashier was busy trying to get the sale. Recently I had the unfortunate idea to buy furniture from Ashley again. Big mistake. Every piece i ordered had something wrong. Im talking recliners that dont recline, snap together and is shorter than the model in the showroom. The Love seat I purchased was defunct too. It is uncomfortable, (unlike the one in the showroom for some reason) and one of the legs on the bottom will not go on flush. Please do not waste our money on this... Read more

I too am pissed off. My son bought a bedroom set and TV console and the TV console was delivered damaged. The delivery guys left before my son could inspect the furniture but immediately called customer service where he was told they would send out a replacement. They called to schedule but it was not for replacement it was for a "tech" to check out the damage. I called customer service back and was told that my son should have refused the... Read more

I purchased furniture and it was delivered damaged, after complaining they came to exchange the furniture with more damaged pieces, I refused delivery! Foolish me, I should have researched the reviews, they are not in favor of doing business with this company..I asked the salesperson were it was made and was lied to, she told me it was made in USA with some parts from overseas, when I received it the label clearly says " Made in China" of course... First eperience when puchasing furniture was great>Everything came in when they said it would and they were true to the delivery date......Purchased a new washer and dryer and was told that it will all be in within 3 weeks. This was accetable to us, even willing to accept a couple days more as we were heading into a long weekend and know that delivery"s can be delayed. Many phone calls later and 7 weeks later it might be here... Never again will... Read more

I went to Ashley Furniture to buy living room furniture and I picked out a living room set called Danielle Eggplant. Let me tell you about the set. First off i found the same exact set at for much less then the 4,000 usdollars i spent on the furniture, more or less about 2,000 dollars less. October 1, 2011 I am a first time customer at Ashleys furniture.. And ordered 2 shipments .. First shipment they messed up one of the mirrors on one of the dressers, still waiting on a replacement Second order, waiting that day and delivery did not come that day. I boutgh a desk at Ashley Home Sote in Kent, WA and it was the worst experence I ahve ever had. One I did nto receive any of the papers that they have you sign even for a cash purchase. I told them I have nto received the desk so I wnat to cancel the order. They refuse to return my money even thought I did nto ever pick up the desk. I was after the 48hrs but it was never picke up. in july we ordered a leather couch and loveseat, got the lovesaet in the wrong color, two weeks later the couch was delivered with a rip in it!! two weeks later got the right loveseat, but the delivery men shoved it thru the door scratching the leather, beyond repair never saying a word!! they also damage the front door while shoving in the loveseat!!3 weeks later were still waiting for a call from a tech to repair!! when talking to them the...
