Ashley Furniture complaint

Less then 8 months ago I purchased 2 living room sets from a licensed Ashley Furniture dealer. I spent over $5000. Within 2 months the cushion in the 1 sofa's foot rest collapsed. Now all thats there is wood. The ottoman was torn and the drawer was broke upon receipt of the furniture. The sectional has an armrest that can be pushed up to be part of the sofa. That is now broke and the 2 cup holders are broke. The furniture is JUNK!! I have had no luck getting a response from the dealer or Ashley.

NEVER BUY ASHLEY FURNITURE! It is over priced junk!!

I have also had a little problem with a ashley sofa however the store I bought it from was very promt about it and within two weeks the problem was taken care of!
