I PURCHASED A FULL LIVING ROOM SET FROM THESE CROOKS. LEATHER COUCH, LEATHER LOVE SEAT AND COFFEE TABLE. WHEN THE FURNITURE ARRIVED THE FIRST THING I NOTICED WAS THAT THE COFFEE TABLE WAS WOBBLING. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE (WHO ARE PRIVATELY CONTRACTED BY ASHLEY) STATED THAT WAS NORMAL. I SAID MAYBE NORMAL IN YOUR WORLD BUT NOT MINE. I REFUSED THE DELIVERY OF THE TABLE. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE BECAME VERY HOSTILE ABOUT THIS. THERE HOSTILITY MADE ME UNEASY AND PREOCCUPIED. AFTER THEY HAD LEFT MY HOME WITH THE COFFEE TABLE I REINSPECTED THE COUCHES.
THE LOVE SEAT HAD A BIG DENT IN THE ARM WHICH WAS NOT NOTICEABLE UNTIL YOU PUSHED DOWN ON THE LEATHER SURFACE. THE COUCH FURTHER HAD A CRACKED SUPPORT BEAM. I RAN OUTSIDE TO THE TRUCK AND TOLD THE TWO DOPES WHO DELIVERED IT AND THEY BECAME EVEN FURTHER ENRAGED AND REFUSED TO COME BACK IN AND LOOK AT THE DAMAGE. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED ASHLEY FURNITURE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT FORCE THE MEN BACK INTO THE HOUSE AND THAT THEY COULD NOT STOP THE TRUCK FROM LEAVING. I EXPLAINED THAT DUE TO THE CRACKED SUPPORT BEAM THE COUCH SAGGED IN THE CENTER AN WAS NOT USABLE. THERE SOLUTION WAS TO LEAVE THIS JUNK IN MY HOUSE UNTIL A TECHNICIAN COULD COME OUT AND LOOK AT IT. IT TOOK THEM A MONTH TO SEND A TECHNICIAN TO MY HOUSE. THEY TREATED THIS FURNITURE AS IF I DAMAGED IT AND WAS TRYING TO MAKE A CLAIM ON THE WARRANTY.
BOTTOM LINE WAS THAT THEY DROPPED THIS GARBAGE OFF AT MY HOUSE AND SAID TAG YOUR IT.
AFTER 2O CALLS TO THEIR OBNOXIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AND A TECHNICIAN VISIT I RECEIVED NEW REPLACEMENT FURNITURE 90 DAYS LATER. THREE MONTHS I HAD TO BE TORTURED WITH THIS CRAP IN MY HOUSE BEFORE I GOT REPLACEMENT GARBAGE WITHOUT THE DAMAGE. THE FURNITURE IS GARBAGE AND OF LOW QUALITY. THIS WAS NOT EASILY DETECTABLE WHEN LOOKING IN THE STORE BUT IN YOUR HOME IT IS EVIDENT.
MY ADVICE TO ALL HARD WORKING PEOPLE OUT THERE IS TO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. THEIR FURNITURE IS GARBAGE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ***.
