I ordered 2
rugs and a TV stand on 7-3-09. We set the delivery date up for 8-1-09 because Saturday is the only day I can be available for delivery. The delivery guys showed up, and I told them that I didn't think the TV stand was the correct one. He insisted it was, and left. After comparing the sku #s, it was not the correct one. I called "Customer Service", and was put on hold numerous times once they finally picked up the phone. They sent the delivery guys back out, and I was told someone would call shortly to let us know what was going on. After 4 hours and no call, I called customer service back. I was told that I would be contacted within 48-72 hours to set up a new date for delivery--FOR THEIR
MISTAKE. I insisted that they bring the correct item out the day I had delivery set up for, and it all went downhill from there. After numerous calls to the Mesa store to the
salesperson and store manager, I was thoroughly pissed off. The store manager, Matt, was rude and condescending. When customer service called me back today, they were extremely rude. I was told that the next available Saturday delivery is not for 3 WEEKS. If I try and cancel the order, I was told that I will be charged a 30%
restocking fee again on THEIR
MISTAKE. As a customer, I have never been talked to so rudely by everyone in a company, and especially not by a store manager and "customer service". I will NEVER buy anything
