Ashley Furniture complaint

No communication at this store. Ordered sofa and bedroom set to the tune of $6306.00. Leather couch came with tears in corners. Had to send a new one. Bed came without headboard or foot board, they forgot to order it so posters for bed were of no use. They forgot the brackets to the mirror. Eventually got new sofa, bed came, brackets came. Delivery guys wouldn't put the brackets on the mirror, had to do myself. Called the store and really complained. They sent gift cards, two of them. Also didn't charge me for the head board and foot board, and why should they? Then they kept calling to send service tech to fix the first sofa I sent back, told them twice I was getting a new one...no communication at this place. Nice furniture, if you don't mind waiting forever to get the right stuff!

I purchased a King size bed about three years ago and is quite satisfied with my bed from Ashley's. I had no problems with delivery service nor setting it up on the second level of my house.
