Ashley Furniture - Ashley's Furniture if you pick up beware

I purchased a sectional and after 7 months the seams fell apart now I have take the sofa back since I picked the sofa up instead of having it delivered. I was not told this when I said that I would pick it up.
I am wondering how this will apply to my extended warranity since I also purchased it. It is not my fault the sofa is coming apart at the seams but I have to take my time, my gas, and return the sofa to the store so they can repair it. I will never buy from Ashley's again.
Where is the customer service in this?
