I was sold a piece of furniture that doesn't exist! i asked to have the refund of the missing piece credited to my credit card since it is nonexistent...after leaving various messages with the manager of the store in Charleston WV, and messages with my saleswoman, nothing was resolved. So I called to see if the piece that was sent to my house to be returned and the store said I would have to pay a restocking fee. I beg your pardon, this was not my fault in the first place. In the end after refusing to accept in-store credit I got $50 credited to my credit card. Not even worth my time. Costumer service is poor.
