We bought a livingroom set back in January. Three months later it looks horrible. The cushions are flat, the upholstery is worn down and the whole thing squeaks. A service guy came out and looked at the furniture after we complained and agreed that it looked bad. What they want to do now is re-upholster the set in the same thing. what, so I can call them back in three months and complain again......I don't think so. We are actually trying to work with credit card company to get some kind of resolution. We will also be contacting a lawyer soon. This is ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!!!!!!
