i've purchased from ashley in redding ca and i'm very pleased with the product and customer service i have received everyone there has always been so kind and acted so quickly to get me my product i will always shop there i get more then what i pay for and in this market that is extemly important it's unlike other stores in my area that are making a 70% profit like kueblers furniture what a rip off they are they disgust me the way they treat the consumer and lorraine thinks she so high and mighty aND doesn't her *** from a hole in the ground

Thats great my son ordered his bedroom set February 3rd 

2009. And they told me up to 4 

weeks for delivery , it never came. I had to call ashley , then another two weeks and after that another two weeks. By April 9th I asked for a refund. Iwas told by the office it was sent to the fiscal dept 

in Chico, Ca. I was told by the Redding, Ca store that refunds take 7-10 Business days to be recieved by mail. Well It's April 30th Now! I have not received a refund and they can't tell me when they are going to send it out. So what do you do about this you go to the media and the consumers and also small claims court.

Cruz, you should stop sucking up to Ashley Furniture, you will not get a raise and stop bad mouthing your competition.
