Well i got my set and LOVED it. by September the couch had collapsed. 3 months old it was. I called Kiki's and got the run around - not helpful after you give them money. SO i then remembered the guy that sold me the furniture that day and he was a big rep at ashley so i finally got his name/number and he assisted me. It took Kiki to send someone out twice to try to fix it - they tried blaming me for the damage. Finally the guy at ashley (after calling them a TRILLION times) got me the help i needed. He had me pick out a new set and they came and picked up my old set. i had to pay an additional $100 for delivery which after the hassle and inconvenience of trying to get it resolved for 2 months - i shoudln't have had to pay. the new set has been ok - the cushions within a year have gotten flat and the material off the back is starting to come off in the 1 corner. the tables from teh original set - well the coffee table - that table not so good - we've had to bang the legs back in several times. NOT happy with my overall experience with ashley furniture. will think twice before i buy again from teh experience i had and knowing within a year i'm ready to replace my fairly new furniture.
