I purchased furniture from Ashley Home Store on 02/06/2009, which was a complete bedroom set along with a sofa and
love seat. As you may know this purchase was not cheap. After waiting for 2 months to receive my merchandice I was informed that not all of it was ready for pickup. So I placed what I had in storage (I never opened the boxes). When the
remainder of my order was ready
Ashely delivered it to my home,( which was 2 months later) then I found that the dresser and
mirror was used, so a different set was sent out which was in worst condition than the set that was originally delivered. It was taken back and a good set was delivered. When I removed the sofa and
love seat from the storage to take it to my new home I found that the sofa was missing a leg and the
bed frame was completely broken. Ashley refused to help in any way.
