We bought a whole bed set, dresser and chest on the 01/01/17. They said they would delivered it on 1/14/17 (geochemist we were charged for it ). They had is initial that if we canceled the delivery within 24 hours of delivery we had to pay a fee. They confirmed the delivery twice for 1/14/17 between 10 am-2 pm. We bought a leather double recliner unit from Ashley. We had to wait three weeks to be able to pick it up. We live 100 miles from the Ashley store. We were called and told our unit was in, but we had to be there that same day to pick it up, or wait another month to be able to pick it up. The nightstands we got were defective - black, not dark brown. They made us jump through hoops to prove this. I took a drawer into the store and Jack, the salesman, verified that it was the wrong color. THEN I WAS TOLD TO SEND PICTURES which I did. Finally I got a call that the new nightstands would be delivered. THEN I was told we had to pick them up. That's when I left a voice mail for a supervisor that was never answered. Why in the world... Gonzales Ashley. Take it that I purchased an ottoman and rug on Black Friday (11/25/16) on we are still waiting in January (almost 2 months) for the items to arrive at the store for pickup. In my opinion I highly SUGGEST NO ONE waste your time or money here! They lie to you to get the sale and the part it can be returned in 1 day is a lie as well. I bought a 2000 dollar dual recliner was supposed to be all leather it started pealing two months later they fixed it it did the same thing 7 months after that they said they were going to fix it never did I reported them to the better business bureau they again said they would fix it it never did crappy company never buy from them

All furniture sold at Ashley Furniture Homestores is made by Ashley Furniture, not any outside manufacturer. Ashley has bought up some other manufactures but its all still Ashley furniture. If you had the protection plan, there is no such thing as an extended warranty, then it should have been applied to the exchange. It is the obligation of the store to see that this occurs. Ashley Furniture - Horrible Business Practice and Cheap Furniture

We ordered a Overly Reclining Sofa from Ashley Furniture (ONLINE) and they delivered it 12/29/2016. First - they did NOT deliver what was ordered. If you look at the picture on their website, the handles for the reclining mechanisms are on the outside of the ends. What we got was "hidden" levers which are buried inside the cushions. Bought lots of furniture in august 2016 and prior. My biggest problem was a Stearns and Foster mattress. It was so bad since day 1 that it caused my back problem to get worse each day. Made several purchases, over past years including couch set, bed set, kitchen sets,last was a red(pleather) couch which had issues... so was exchanged for another set and paid extra as well.
