ASHLEY Furniture scam
stay away
T.his was march-april 2016, Was assuming extended warranty would transfer over or thought I paid the extra to transfer it... Have a issue with a nail ripping a cushion on inside.. daughter cut 2 fingers as well. when pushing cushion back in , and the couch broke when trying to move in living room.
they deny the original mfg warranty .. the Extended warranty denies claim...so your pretty much at a loss.... Good luck with getting ANY support-phone calls. The furniture is bought outside..not made by Ashley..alot is VERY cheaply made...
If you are not making payments, expect NO customer support or service ....Will be contacting the AG and everywhere else.
I just want a refund . ...wish I could give them the thousands of dollars of *** and get all my money back.

I was fired because of hear say....this company is supposed to be so Christian based but are the biggest devils it is. The director Lane Cavender is a racist and thinks that black people are a disgrace to the company.
They do not care about their employees nor customers.
The General Manager at the corporate office Marcus *** is a flaming *** that does nothing but kiss ***....This is not a place that you would want to work nor a company you would want to work for. Jim and Chad Spencer has no clue what goes on...

Two New Sofas Totally Peeling
I paid a fortune for two Durablend red couches, only after a hearty assurance of quality and durability from the store owner, himself.....right, with "dura" right in the name of the product....NOT! The sofas weren't even used much and are protected from light...but suddenly they both started delaminating in different sections.
Naturally, the storefront was closed down when I returned with a box of flaked, red "durabond".
Don't buy ASHLEY!...so dishonest and with no recourse. Thing is, the store KNEW about the issue and lied right to my face. Ashley should be forced out of the industry.
I have never had a product so unbelievably bad.
If I could afford to replace them I would...but I'm forced to cover them with sheets and sewn seat covers. Every day I have to sweep up flakes....shame on you Ashley, for not making this right.
Shady sales
had to order bed i wanted online in store,bought 01/21/2017.didnt get delivered till Feb 8th. company advertised percentage off when ordered online well guess what didnt get it..
spent 3,000 on a bedroom set and new mattress,shady shady shady, I will never buy from them again. the mattress doesnt even fit right in the head board big gap pillows always falling thru. should have went somewhere else, very upset.
I called and email the company and nothing but run around, nothing like passing the buck so to say. I remember back in the day ashley use to be a great quality companybut i guess not in present time
