Made several purchases, over past years including couch set, bed set, kitchen sets,last was a red(pleather) couch which had issues... so was exchanged for another set and paid extra as well.

T.his was march-april 2016, Was assuming extended warranty would transfer over or thought I paid the extra to transfer it... Have a issue with a nail ripping a cushion on inside.. daughter cut 2 fingers as well. when pushing cushion back in , and the couch broke when trying to move in living room.

they deny the original mfg warranty .. the Extended warranty denies claim...so your pretty much at a loss.... Good luck with getting ANY support-phone calls. The furniture is bought outside..not made by Ashley..alot is VERY cheaply made...

If you are not making payments, expect NO customer support or service ....Will be contacting the AG and everywhere else.

I just want a refund . ...wish I could give them the thousands of dollars of *** and get all my money back.

I was fired because of hear say....this company is supposed to be so Christian based but are the biggest devils it is. The director Lane Cavender is a racist and thinks that black people are a disgrace to the company.

They do not care about their employees nor customers.

The General Manager at the corporate office Marcus *** is a flaming *** that does nothing but kiss ***....This is not a place that you would want to work nor a company you would want to work for. Jim and Chad Spencer has no clue what goes on...

I am currently having a issue with the quality of the sofas that I purchased from Ashley Furniture and I was wondering if you had any insider information or if you worked in the factory or had any knowledge as to the lack of quality of the pieces. I am currently working with the local news here in the area and any info that you have could be helpful.

We bought a whole bed set, dresser and chest on the 01/01/17. They said they would delivered it on 1/14/17 (geochemist we were charged for it ). They had is initial that if we canceled the delivery within 24 hours of delivery we had to pay a fee. They confirmed the delivery twice for 1/14/17 between 10 am-2 pm. I received a call on delivery day at11 AM saying that they were missing two small pieces and they were not going to deliver on the agreed date. I asked to if I can get whatever they had. They stated no because they don't deliver twice. We called the people at the store where we purchased our things from. They gave us the round around and finally after 4 hours of making calls and talking to a lot people . They agreed to delivery the next day to only deliver damaged furniture. We refused the furniture, we make another 29 calls to only confirmed that they would deliver the next weekend which is today. We just received another call that our furniture is not going to be deliver again because they are missing parts with no date. Ashley furniture is a big joke. Even the regional manager said that they don't guaranty delivery. Our house is a mess and we sure going to get the bill soon.

Ashley Furniture - Two New Sofas Totally Peeling

I paid a fortune for two Durablend red couches, only after a hearty assurance of quality and durability from the store owner, himself.....right, with "dura" right in the name of the product....NOT! The sofas weren't even used much and are protected from light...but suddenly they both started delaminating in different sections.

Naturally, the storefront was closed down when I returned with a box of flaked, red "durabond".

Don't buy ASHLEY!...so dishonest and with no recourse. Thing is, the store KNEW about the issue and lied right to my face. Ashley should be forced out of the industry.

I have never had a product so unbelievably bad.

If I could afford to replace them I would...but I'm forced to cover them with sheets and sewn seat covers. Every day I have to sweep up flakes....shame on you Ashley, for not making this right.

Bought a leather repair kit but doesn't work cause this is not real leather. The cover peels off

had to order bed i wanted online in store,bought 01/21/2017.didnt get delivered till Feb 8th. company advertised percentage off when ordered online well guess what didnt get it..

spent 3,000 on a bedroom set and new mattress,shady shady shady, I will never buy from them again. the mattress doesnt even fit right in the head board big gap pillows always falling thru. should have went somewhere else, very upset.

I called and email the company and nothing but run around, nothing like passing the buck so to say. I remember back in the day ashley use to be a great quality companybut i guess not in present time

We came in with no clue about what to get but ended up leaving with the PERFECT piece for our living room. Lou Anne from the Huntsville, AL store was super helpful. We ended up dragging her around the store but she was so upbeat. We will definitely be back!

Ashley Furniture - Sofa Review

I purchas two leather reclining couches,two leather chairs,one large table to hold my big TV. I have tryed for one year and more to get the leather on the back of the couch fixed and stitching on the couch repaired!!! I call I will be told the manager will get in touch with me! This has happened 6 or more times never to hear anything! I understand the death of the manager. He passed away in January. That means he had lots of time to work with me! I bought into a warranty plan for about &500 to last for five years! I will never shop there again and I will tell all my friends to never shop there. My son just purchased a home in St Petersburg FL. First thing I told him was don't get your furniture at Ashely furniture

Paid an extra 94.00 for delivery of a new love seat including removal of old one. Now told they will only move old one out of the way and will cost 50.00 more to haul old love seat away. Are you kidding me?? Excessive fees. Right now Furniture Land zero fee promotion for s same service. WG&R 67.99 FOR DELIVERY AND REMOVAL. I will never shop at Ashley againc

When we were bed shopping, the "mattress specialist" was no help. We never received assistance as to the main differences between soft, medium-firm, and firm mattresses. Another rep told us we could exchange because Ashley wants their customers to be comfortable and satisfied. We spent a lot of time trying out different mattresses and selected one. A month later, I developed back pain so we went in to exchange it. We exchanged it with no problem, but the same "mattress specialist" again was no help and offered no assistance to the purchase of another mattress. With the new mattress, it doesn't feel the same that was in the store and now my husband has back pain. Pretty ironic at 33 years old, we both have developed back pain with the purchase of a new mattress. When I called, they offered to have a specialist come out to see if it was faulty. It was not and they said you already used your one exchange so you are out of luck. We spent $2000+ on something that we spend 1/3 of every day on and we are stuck with it. So much for customer satisfaction. It's a shame because I have had good experiences with Ashley Furniture, but they will never have our business again.

Dissappointing Customer

Purchased a bedroom set that was on sale. I asked the associate if the whole set was included and she said "yes." The chest was not included with the rest of the furniture. The next day I went and spoke to the manager and was informed the chest was not part of the package and noticed on the invoice it was not included. I told the manager that the associate had told me different. He gave me a discount on the chest and went ahead and purchased it. I informed the manager to tell all of his associates to tell customers what is included and what IS NOT included. He assured me he would. Clerks that are sitting and assistance customer need customer service skill. They don't make eye contact, smile, acknowledge or thank the customer for coming in. I recommend, hire employees with customer service experience. Who ever is doing the training is not doing a very good job of it.

ASHLEY FURNITURE This is not for the folks that have already purchased from Ashley; they already know! As for you newbies out there - caveat emptor (buyer beware)! Deliveries are notoriously late and incomplete. Further for being costly furniture, they DO NOT STAND BEHIND their merchandise! They GIVE you a one year warranty, and sell you (up to 5 years) "Warranty" which repairs furniture if YOU mess it up! If it's 1 year and a few months, YOU are responsible for any and all repairs! After over 20 phone calls to the local store and Ashley's home office at 1 Ashley Way, Arcadia, WI, 54612, (608) 323-****, they agreed to send me cushion foam. I had to pay a furniture repairman for installation... I recommend Googling: Complaints about Ashley Furniture Store, and finding another store. I only wish I had!

Very disappointed in table I bought, picked it up with my son, still in box never even looked at it , got home put together scratches all over top of it, called up had someone come out fix... WHAT A JOKE, called after I seen it funny still waiting for call week later, who don't look at there merchandise before it goes out!!!!!!

DON'T SHOP AT ASHLEY

First- let me say I was only looking for some low cost furniture for my kids' game room...nothing fancy. The furniture is low to mediocre quality at best. The staff is RUDE, uneducated on the products, unhelpful and argumentative. The "company policies" are BS! From the greeter at the door to the sales people to the women seated behind the customer service desk, they are rude and unfriendly. I won't waste my time ever again on this store. I ended up cancelling my order (two hours later) due to the horrible customer service I received at the store while trying to place a furniture order. I didn't want to chance getting *** furniture in my home and being stuck with it! They, of course still charged my credit card- which is now being disputed through my credit card.

After much shopping around, we found a set we liked at JC Penney's, which was priced matched at the Ashley Furniture store in Live Oak, TX. Our representative, Billy Jack Bohannon, was nothing short of OUTSTANDING in all facets of the sale. He went above and beyond in completing the sale right up through the financing. I would highly recommend him as a top associate and this store in particular. So far we have not had any problems, other than the delivery dates which were messed up by a few days, but a credit was issued that satisfied us. Thank you for all the great work on this purchase
