I went to Ashleys in Richfield on a Wednesday and our sales consultant Joey brasted helped us out. We told him what we were looking for and he got us a very good deal.

My daughter got a mattress and they gave us the box spring free. I purchase a couch that recline on both ends. They help me out with the refinancing. They told us the couch and Mattress would be delivered on Saturday and they were here probably at 10 o'clock like they said they would be.

Very good delivery. I definitely will go back to get my kitchen set. If you're looking for furniture go to Ashley's and ask for Joey Brasted. The sales consultans there and the girls behind the desk do a wonderful job.

The best experience I had.

No pushing to buy, they listening to you. Thank you happy customer.

Refusal to change mattress

Bought lots of furniture in august 2016 and prior. My biggest problem was a Stearns and Foster mattress. It was so bad since day 1 that it caused my back problem to get worse each day. When I called Ashley and Stearn's &Foster I was told that I needed break in time; the mattress I tried in store was broken in by many customers and therefore was more comfortable:Give it time. The specialist who came out said it met all specs and nothing that he could do. Customerservice said she would tell the manager of store that I was unhappy and he would be in touch with me. Never happened. I can't afford to replace a now 5 month old mattress which is now hard and lumpy. Of course, my back is still hurting. This is the first mattress that I have ever had a problem and Ashley has has done nothing to fix the issue. ps I have had physical therapy at least two times a week since August for my back.

Ashley Furniture - Durablend Leather Furniture Set Review

Purchased 3 pc Living room DuraBlend set. And 3 pc living room table set.

Were told durablend would last longer and be easier to tale care of than cloth fabrics. What a lie that was. The hardware held up great but the material did not. It started flaking iff like everyone elses Ashleys purchase of DURA-***.

The sad part is the furniture is comfortable but looks like *** ,and because its reclining we cant throw covers over it. So ***.

REALLY PISSED WE WAISTED OUR MONEY . NEVER AGAIN SHOPPING AT ASHLEYS !

I spent over $ 7000 dollars during the Black Friday this year. I ordered sofa set and matress. For The matress, they didnt show up or cancel the delivery 4 times. 4TIMES!!!!! I hired a person to be at home while i was gone for work. I just waisted my money 4 times. Finally i got the matress and Now, it is a turn for my loveseat. I even got a confirmation call the day before delivery day; of course they did not bring it! It is not surprising me any more since that happend 4 times with my matress already. I called the long beach store, and they said they cant find any record about the delivery schedule, and it is not on the stock. They made me feel i was lying. I feel so deceived. I do not want to wait and waist my money any more. Your customer service is the WORST ever!!!! Thief!

I made it clear to sales women I was very allergic to smells, and repeatedly asked if chemicals were used in sofa. She told me they stopped using chemicals in there products, so I bought a sofa.

Much to my surprise, they not only still use them but it seems to be 5 times worse than anything I could have gotten from Walmart! It has been 2 months,and the smell is still in home, and it is making me deathly ill now. When I spoke to them about it, they said it was not from sofa since they do not use chemicals in any product of there's.

Biggest mistake I have ever made!!

I have never heard of anyone on earth having an allergy to "smells". Literally everything we use in our day to day lives has some sort of smell to it lmfao.

There is absolutely no way to get a sofa in any material that does not have a smell to it. You are obviously allergic to some kind of chemical and once again every material you get on a sofa has some chemicals in it either to give it color or to protect it etc.

any sales person you talk to in an Ashley store is guaranteed to have absolutely no clue what they are talking about when it comes to the products, all they know how to do is throw fake discounts at you and force you to buy over priced wal mart quality garbage furniture. I will never understand how soooooo many people continue to shop there and buy there *** when everyone knows how terrible it is and everyone knows someone with an Ashely horror story but for some reason people still keep going there and throwing their money away

Yes, ANY. That includes the fabric, wood, and stuffing of thr couch.

You are not "allergic to smells", the couch literally is a chemical. So please be more specific about what type of chemicals you mean.

Ashley Furniture and Your Rights...

All furniture sold at Ashley Furniture Homestores is made by Ashley Furniture, not any outside manufacturer. Ashley has bought up some other manufactures but its all still Ashley furniture. If you had the protection plan, there is no such thing as an extended warranty, then it should have been applied to the exchange. It is the obligation of the store to see that this occurs. All Ashley Furniture exceeds the industry standards as far as construction and durability. That being said, this appears to be a warranty issue regardless of you having the protection plan. If all that you have stated is true then you have a real issue with the store manager. Beyond, that go to the regional manager.

My husband and I purchased a bedroom suite from Ashley Furniture in July 2016. We had to pay the full price upfront, even though delivery was expected to take 6-12 weeks. We were thrilled when delivery was scheduled for mid-August, ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, half of the pieces were defective. The latch on the dresser did not work and the backboards on one night table and one drawer chest were bashed in. The nightstand was taken back to the factory and we were told that a furniture repair person would fix the other two items. The weeks rolled by and we never heard back from our salesperson, Megan, nor from the manager, James, who was just a "good 'ol boy." I called on a weekly basis, was told that they would call me back and let me know the schedule, but never, ever, ever did call back. I kept calling for weeks and heard excuse after excuse for why they didn't call back. No one should be lied to in this manner. It was blatant! They're quick to take your money, but do not treat you like a human being once the deal is closed. I will never buy furniture from them again. I finally contacted the main office, spoke to Lyric (who was sympathetic and extremely helpful) and we coordinated a delivery time for the nightstand and scheduled the repair person from Dad's Furniture (an extremely professional and competent company). By mid-October, our furniture suite was complete, no thanks to Megan, James, or anyone else at the furniture store in Spokane. Forewarned is forearmed. It's very sad that customer service rarely exists. On the other hand, we've had wonderful experiences with Koerner and Runge furniture stores. Needless to say, to this date, we've not heard back from Megan or James. Never received an apology or valid explanation.

The worst delevery i have ever seen. Very bad qality furniture. I ordered a bedroom which arrived damaged and missing parts. Spoke to customer service who promised a replacement which took one month to arrive. The replacement furniture arrived damaged.

I purchased a king size bed - 2 side tables, desk, bookshelf, oversized mirror, a large entry table, requested all to be delivered "boxed". The rails for the bed and the headboard (damaged box) we're the only items left boxed in truck.

Several weeks later I was able to open the headboard "boxed" and the center too was damaged. I called and CSR told me to text pics of damage - she had pics from delivery. Never called me back - I call 10 days later and they say - No record of me calling. This company is bad at resolution.

Buyer beware - Review all of your furniture and reject it in the spot - Don't let them leave it - cause you will be keeping the damaged item. Unbelievable- I have purchased so many items - Dinning room set - all 4 of my children's bedroom sets. Plus 2 guest bedroom sets. I'll be purchasing a livingroom set and kitchen table next year and it won't be from Ashleys.

I have a lot to tell people about Ashleys furniture but - too tired to rant.

Durablend Furniture Peeling and Cracking

I purchased a sofa, love seat and recliner from Ashley Furniture. I have a family of four adults.

Within 2 years the durablend furniture began cracking and peeling. It has now been 4 years and the furniture is a mess. The durablend sticks to whatever it touches and ends up all over the house. I wonder about the safety of this material around babies and toddlers.

I would never recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. My daughter in-law purchased similar durablend furniture from a factory and her furniture is also peeling and cracking.

This is a terrible product that does not wear well and is certainly inferior to real leather.

Dining Room Table Scratches

I purchased a dining room table in August of 2016. Here we are in November of 2016 and the table has scratches which makes the table look as if it were 10 years old!

Contacted Ashley and they referred me to Platinum Warranty who want to send a tech out to repair the scratches. How do you repair scratches?! They don't want to replace the table! NEVER AGAIN FOR ASHLEY FURNITURE!

I would rather buy from bob's then ever order from Ashley Furniture again!

They talk you into this protection plan and then when you go to use it it is a titally different story. Complete fraud!

This "review" is ignorant. YOU scratched YOUR table, Ashley's was willing to send someone out to address scratches that were YOUR fault for free and YOU turned them down because YOU won't settle for anything less than a refund for something that is YOUR fault. I think the adjective for this consumer should be something other than Pissed.

Nope! Completely disagree.

I too have a scratched table which happened (and has continued to happen) while I was cleaning it. The smallest things lead to a scratch on this table. For the amount of money I paid for my table there is no reason it should be looking the way it looks now.

It’s as if paint is flaking off of table and showing a different light “wood” color underneath. It simply looks like it was made cheap.

Our table looks like absolute crap with scratches just from cleaning with soap and water. There is a seriously thin layer on particle board.

I wish i had bought something different. And I wish they had a disclaimer on the site that says how much wear and tear the tables could take so you know before buying.

I’m so mad, my new table( 2months old) has tiny scratches on it. It has hardly been used by my husband and I. Def wouldn’t recommend a table by Ashley.

Ashley Furniture Durablend

I too am going through the "DuraBlend Fiasco", I have called the extended warranty company, Montage Furniture Services (denied claim), Ashley Furniture Store (who had me call their consumer affairs/parts dept) and was told all they could do was send me a chunk of repair material for $80. I would then have to pay an installer.

I paid $249.00 for the Premier Combination Plan on 2/17/13, and have never felt so cheated in my life! The recliner sofa and loveseat are peeling after only 3 years.

They are still selling pieces of this furniture material after all these complaints.

Can we get any justice?

Recliner's spring is ***

We bought this recliner only 5 months ago, and its spring in the middle seat got broken TWICE! We contacted customer service and they said we are in the *** but never got to us! We have to fix it ourself! Twice! After we got it for only 5 months! This is the worst couch ever!!!! I really hope they can contact us to deal with this problem eventually! If not, I will complain against them to BBB or any other possible sources! I am so disappointed. We paid money for this ***! They really should have done a better job making the couch and also dealing with customer's complaints!
