I went to Ashleys in Richfield on a Wednesday and our sales consultant Joey brasted helped us out. We told him what we were looking for and he got us a very good deal.
My daughter got a mattress and they gave us the box spring free. I purchase a couch that recline on both ends. They help me out with the refinancing. They told us the couch and Mattress would be delivered on Saturday and they were here probably at 10 o'clock like they said they would be.
Very good delivery. I definitely will go back to get my kitchen set. If you're looking for furniture go to Ashley's and ask for Joey Brasted. The sales consultans there and the girls behind the desk do a wonderful job.
The best experience I had.
No pushing to buy, they listening to you. Thank you happy customer.
Refusal to change mattress
Ashley Furniture - Durablend Leather Furniture Set Review
Purchased 3 pc Living room DuraBlend set. And 3 pc living room table set.
Were told durablend would last longer and be easier to tale care of than cloth fabrics. What a lie that was. The hardware held up great but the material did not. It started flaking iff like everyone elses Ashleys purchase of DURA-***.
The sad part is the furniture is comfortable but looks like *** ,and because its reclining we cant throw covers over it. So ***.
REALLY PISSED WE WAISTED OUR MONEY . NEVER AGAIN SHOPPING AT ASHLEYS !

Claimed to not use chemicals
I made it clear to sales women I was very allergic to smells, and repeatedly asked if chemicals were used in sofa. She told me they stopped using chemicals in there products, so I bought a sofa.
Much to my surprise, they not only still use them but it seems to be 5 times worse than anything I could have gotten from Walmart! It has been 2 months,and the smell is still in home, and it is making me deathly ill now. When I spoke to them about it, they said it was not from sofa since they do not use chemicals in any product of there's.
Biggest mistake I have ever made!!

Ashley Furniture North Shore Bed Review from Corpus Christi, Texas
I purchased a king size bed - 2 side tables, desk, bookshelf, oversized mirror, a large entry table, requested all to be delivered "boxed". The rails for the bed and the headboard (damaged box) we're the only items left boxed in truck.
Several weeks later I was able to open the headboard "boxed" and the center too was damaged. I called and CSR told me to text pics of damage - she had pics from delivery. Never called me back - I call 10 days later and they say - No record of me calling. This company is bad at resolution.
Buyer beware - Review all of your furniture and reject it in the spot - Don't let them leave it - cause you will be keeping the damaged item. Unbelievable- I have purchased so many items - Dinning room set - all 4 of my children's bedroom sets. Plus 2 guest bedroom sets. I'll be purchasing a livingroom set and kitchen table next year and it won't be from Ashleys.
I have a lot to tell people about Ashleys furniture but - too tired to rant.
Durablend Furniture Peeling and Cracking
I purchased a sofa, love seat and recliner from Ashley Furniture. I have a family of four adults.
Within 2 years the durablend furniture began cracking and peeling. It has now been 4 years and the furniture is a mess. The durablend sticks to whatever it touches and ends up all over the house. I wonder about the safety of this material around babies and toddlers.
I would never recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. My daughter in-law purchased similar durablend furniture from a factory and her furniture is also peeling and cracking.
This is a terrible product that does not wear well and is certainly inferior to real leather.

Dining Room Table Scratches
I purchased a dining room table in August of 2016. Here we are in November of 2016 and the table has scratches which makes the table look as if it were 10 years old!
Contacted Ashley and they referred me to Platinum Warranty who want to send a tech out to repair the scratches. How do you repair scratches?! They don't want to replace the table! NEVER AGAIN FOR ASHLEY FURNITURE!
I would rather buy from bob's then ever order from Ashley Furniture again!
They talk you into this protection plan and then when you go to use it it is a titally different story. Complete fraud!

Ashley Furniture Durablend
I too am going through the "DuraBlend Fiasco", I have called the extended warranty company, Montage Furniture Services (denied claim), Ashley Furniture Store (who had me call their consumer affairs/parts dept) and was told all they could do was send me a chunk of repair material for $80. I would then have to pay an installer.
I paid $249.00 for the Premier Combination Plan on 2/17/13, and have never felt so cheated in my life! The recliner sofa and loveseat are peeling after only 3 years.
They are still selling pieces of this furniture material after all these complaints.
Can we get any justice?
