Bought two couches, an ottoman and 2 box springs. Was told that I would get the box springs in two to three days and the other furniture would take two weeks. Received the ottoman and the couches five weeks later and six weeks after the purchase, we still have not seen the box springs. Funny thing is that they had a "Big mattress" sale two weeks ago. Called several times and was finally told last week that the box springs were discontinued. Five weeks after they sell them to me, they are "discontinues". If I had not called them the ask about it, they never would have told me. Customer service stinks. They say they will call you back and don't. They always have an excuse for not knowing what is going on. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CHAIN AGAIN.

Ashley Furniture does not stand behind their product! Lied about warranty!!

We did not even have our leather couch 6 mo, seams started tearing away, and coffee table leg fell off. Called on warranty that was supposed to cover everything - NOT!!! You don't even get to talk to anyone. Submitted everything they asked for with pictures. Both claims were denied with NO explanation. I have a high line of credit, and only 2 months to pay off and I will cancel it all. 6 months later, couch is trash. Leather tore totally away on both main cushions. I obviously need a new couch! I will never buy another thing from Ashley, and will NEVER recommend to anyone!!

Ashley Furniture stood behind their product, even though beyond warranty period.

In 2011, we bought a blended leather sofa, love seat and reclining/rocking chair. In 2013, the "leather" (a gossamer thin layer bonded to a durable fabric backer) began peeling/flaking away from the backer fabric on the sofa and the love seat (oddly, the recliner chair didn't suffer the same fate). By 2015, the sofa and love seat looked diseased, like a dog with mange, with large, bare areas of exposed backer fabric. We contacted the local Ashley store where we'd made the initial purchase and they told us that it was out of warranty and there was nothing that they'd do. We then contacted Ashley corporate, described the problem, sent detailed photos, and Ashley agreed to repair the affected pieces at no additional cost (or grief) to us, even though the furniture was over 3 years post-warranty. The repair person even found areas of wear we hadn't noticed and ordered additional materials to replace those other areas. Ashley stood behind their product and I commend them for that. However, I would advise all that "blended leather" products should be avoided. Furniture made from genuine leather splits last far longer, in my experience.

Correction. Ashley did respond to the BBB.

However, I have no choice but allow them to fix the furniture. I'm stuck either way.

With that being said...when the parts they send here are ripped to and there are holes in the bag with the leather sticking out... I am not ok with it.

After all of the stress of dealing with Ashley. I DECIDED to publicly apologize. I apologize that I ever shopped there. I'm sorry I even wasted mine and their time calling thinking I would have a good experience I am sorry that I even wasted anytime on social media. They said they would repair this...however I keep receiving defective parts. So i'm wore out w the arguing. I'm stuck w furniture I still have to pay for that is falling apart. As a hard working woman it disturbs me that I have to pay for something of such bad quality. Ashley's manufactures their own furniture. Honestly something just doesn't seem right about all of it. But what do I know? Apparently not much or I would have read the reviews before shopping there. Sorry to everyone who has had issues w this company. :(

Is there anyway to track down the serial numbers off of sofa and couch. Both are peeling and they need serial numbers, but they are nowhere on it.

The store said their is a way to get them and they would contact me back. But nothing as of yet.

If anyone knows where, who or a place to contact that would have that information, Please follow me up on here... Thank you

Warning STOP! They are O so helpful. 2 day to change your mind is a plus. But they will schedule in a timely matter; then continue to reschedule past after deadline. You are stuck with what ever they decide to send/give you damage, scratch, dent, overstock furniture from their warehouse. Complaints of hours/days of on hold calls, the contact complaints dept goes to another company. The goal for you to give up and just waste your hard earn money on *** furniture. I would never recommend. A $1000 error; I was offered $20 off my next purchase. DO NOT BUY.

I BOUGHT FUR NITURE ON AUG 2ND AND IT CAME RIPPED AND TEARS ON THE BACK OF A LEATHER ELECTRIC RECLINER. KIM BAUGUESS AND LESTER THE FRNACHISE OWNER HAS NEVER RETURNED NOT ONE CALL. I CALLED AND I WAS TOLD THAT SINCE THERE PEOPLE THAT DELIVERED IT AND DAMAGED IT. THEN THE GUYS THAT HAD TO COME BACK AND TRY TO HOOK THE ELECTRIC PART TOGETHER. AND ANOTHER ONE HAD TO COME RESTUFF THE CUSHIONS. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WERE TO MANY PEOPLE AT MY HOUSE AND NO ONE WOULD BE OUT SO I HAVE TO SIT ON A COUCH I AM PAYING FOR THAT IS RUINED.
