Ashley Furniture review in Jacksonville, Florida: Bad mattress bad customer service
Purchased stearns and foster (sealy) queen mattress set 7/14. I tested the set in the showroom for over 30 minutes before deciding to purchase. After receiving set several days later I was upset that the mattress felt very firm instead of the plush soft one I tested at store. Tried sleeping on mattress for several days before returning to store with complaint. Salesman told me I needed to break mattress in (never heard of such a thing). I tried for about 6 months to break in with no success. Went back to store with my complaint again. Girl in customer service had me send pictures of tags on bed to verify if same mattress. After doing this I was informed was same and the store nor sealy could do nothing about my problem. Asked to speak to store manager but was told my message was relayed to her and I couldn't talk to manager. Bad service.

I bought over $3000 of furniture plus $108 delivery charge its been 2 days and my stuff has not been divered I keep getting the run around! I bought new furniture cuz I need itnot just to spend money for no reason! I work til 7 pm m-f when is there time to get it!?seriously!

Ashley Furniture - Furniture Set Review from Redfield, Arkansas
02/2015 I just bought my 7yr son a bedroom set from our local furniture store which bought the set from the Ashley furniture store. My son through-up at school after sleeping in his room once. I aired the room out for two days however it still smells like a factory and now the whole house is starting to smell. I'm starting to get headaches and feel weak myself. I'm a single mother and just can't afford to go back n forward with these companies. I need to do something be we become even more sick or have serious complications with our health... So sad in Arkansas

Ashley Furniture - Delivery Service Review from Corpus Christi, Texas
Horrible service at the corpus Christi store! The manager is a ***! He thinks he's the owner, and very rude! They lie to you and claim they are giving you a deal. Got my furniture in and it was damaged. Oh and guess who told me !! There own delivery guys, he said they tried to glue the headboard. Omg!!!! I paid 1000 dollars. I called , once again manager thinks he owns the place. I had to wait a month, to get a replacement.. never again. Don't buy furniture there, they lie and make you wait a month to a month in a half!!! Or longer!!! DON'T BUY!**

Ashley Furniture review in Winchester, Virginia: Poor furniture quality/customer service.
A month ago we purchased a bed, chest, media chest and night stands. Headboard of bed was damaged - there were numerous scratches, dents and dings on the other pieces. Several drawers stick badly and one won't open at all. Been waiting 2 weeks for replacement of damaged headboard and night stand - with no word from company. More drawers are now sticking and we've since realized you can't look at the furniture without it getting a scratch or nick on it. What a waste of $2000+. We will never shop at this store again and encourage other to think twice before buying anything here.
