I have had my durablend leather couch for 3 1/2 years and it is falling apart like wet paper. in the same spots both on the love seat and the couch. Repairs are not covered under the warranty and was advised by the salesman that this couch if taking care of would last a very long time. I have taking care of the couch and love seat. BS on the warranty and the extended care plan (which if my dog scratched it they would repair it) very poor workmanship. Will not buy anything from Ashley furniture again. Very very disappointed in them.

I bought a rug on oct 29 with an expensive mattress and was told it will be delivered with the mattress on nov 4, the mattress came but not the rug, so i called the montclair store to ask about the rug, i was told they will send it by ups and i will get it on nov 7 - it has been 3 weeks and i still don't have the rug and when i called the customer service they say they are busy and will get back to us, the store i bought is telling there is nothing they can do, i have to call the warehouse and when i called the colton warehouse they say i have to talk to the store - DO NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY IT IS NOT WORTH GOING THROUGH ALL THIS STRESS AND THEIR FURNITURE IS NOT ALL GOOD

I had the same issue with my Ashley brand Camilla night stand. I contacted customer service and the reply was ridiculous. Honestly, shipping out my first born and my left leg would have been easier than the hoops they wanted me to jump through for warranty replacement parts...(seriously? I can't just BUY a drawer pull?!?!?). I even told them I've had the set 4 years and not asking for a warranty replacement! Ugh Anyway, I just replaced all the pulls with something decent from Lowe's. That being said, I now have several EXTRA drawer pulls from my nightstand and dresser...8...to be exact. If you need this style, let me know and I'll be happy to give you one, two, three. AND...as an added bonus, I'm going to let you keep your first born and all your limbs! Yay! Momof3qts@hotmail.com

I bought a leather sectional that was supposed to be leather well com to find out its not. It started peeeling and when i call the warranty place they said it wasnt covered but if stuck hot put on it they would. Call ashley which was a joke in itself. Now i have a peeling sectional couch with doesnt look very well and is embarrsing in my living room. After paying all this money and have the salesmen talk me into the rediculas warranty that covers nothing i will never buy from ashley furniture again. Now i have to buy new furniture that really sucks.

I bought a leather recliner and it's peeling I also bought the extended warranty and the company will not cover anything I went to Ashley and they were no help at all and I'm beginning to believe this wasn't leather at all. I'm glad people are expressing what happened to them. Don't buy from Ashley.

Bought new couch, love seat, and tables from Ashley Furniture two years ago. The furniture was not delivered on time. When I finally took delivery the furniture did not arrive until almost 10:00. The worst part was I allowed myself to be scammed by the salesperson, and manager. The salesperson explained to us we would receive 25% off the purchase price based on their sale, and an additional 25% off for financing the furniture. My wife, and I asked her three times if this information was correct. We were assured the information given was correct. On the way home the manager called us to say the salesperson had made a mistake, but gave his assurance that we would receive the additional 25% off for financing the furniture. Guess what? We have never received the additional 25% off, and Ashley will not honor their commitment to us. Do not buy furniture from this worthless company.

I have had an issue with Ashley Furniture HomeStore and the store not honoring a warranty item. I paid for a 4 year warranty had to wait two weeks for someone to look at my item, have waited now 6 weeks for my item, called on November 4th told my item will be delivered today and waited all day without the items. Called customer service told my item was never in stock and I have to wait yet another week for my item. I have gotten the run around and still have no bed after paying for my warranty. Oscar sales rep. Lied to me saying that furniture that I bought in full cash was available same day then lied to me saying that furniture was available on 10/25/14 got to ashey furniture was not available then said you should off contact when you have any problem try ed to him about this problem but instead brings his supervisor supervisor said all furniture is not available till 10/31/14 oscar said to supervisor no it was available for 25 supervisor corrected him saying all furniture was available 31 then Oscar told me no I never said furniture was available before 31...request my money back didn't trust after to many lies supervisor said didn't carry cash how could be true when I payed in full with cash then supervisor lied to me again saying that I sing that agree that could get refund by check within 7-21 days request paperwork with my signature she only gave receipt then said that couldn't gave me paperwork that according to them i sing now she speaks to her boss to asked if I could have paperwork that she had said didn't have when I request to speak when showed her no signture agreen to get payed by check within 21 days wanted my money back she force me to sign if wanted my money back don't trust this company to many lies if they lied about so many things I'm sure they lie about there mattresses and there furniture won't ever buy from them again......

I needed to purchase a new couch. When I walked into Ashley furniture I was greeted by a sales associate. He allowed my to walk around the store and take my time without feeling pressured to make a purchase. When I decided on a couch my sales associate let me know that the couch was temporarily out of stock but he would call me in three weeks when it was ready for delivery. Much to my surprise, two weeks later my sales associate called to inform me my couch was ready for delivery and allowed me to pick the day that worked best for me. The delivery was scheduled to arrive in a four hour window. In the exact middle of the delivery window, the delivery men came and careful set up my couch exactly where I wanted it placed. Everything about my experience with Ashley furniture was great.

I am VERY pissed off right now! My payment was late because when I set up my account I was told I could not have my due date set up on the 15th and that I could only get the 1st of the month. So when I tried to make my payment the hateful, smart add manager of the RAY inside Ashley Furniture in Cordova, TN (her name was Crystal) told me I HAD to pay for a month and a half, which was 397.67, even though my payment was supposed to be 271.16. I DID NOT authorize the larger payment but she charged my card anyway!

Terrible customer service, they cancelled our home delivery last week without our knowledge, and scheduled it for today. The delivery today was missing half of the furniture we bought, when we contacted the customer service department we were instructed by SHELBY that we were definitely getting a further delivery between 1-4pm, when that didn't happen and I called again - Shelby denied she had confirmed the delivery, was very curt and abrupt and basically made me feel like I was making her life extremely difficult. She had no answers to why I had missed 2 days of work for deliveries that didn't arrive, she was unwilling to help look into our problem, her only response was that the trucks were already out for the day so no additional deliveries could be made - which I could understand IF she hadn't assured me that we were getting a delivery later in the day! Draper UT Store - you really suck in the customer care department!!!! Your store people are great, very friendly and helpful but I guess as soon as you get our thousands of dollars you really don't give a hoot about us!
