This has been the biggest mistake of my life. I had damaged used merchandise delivered to me in 7-2014. And I continue to try and deal w this correctly. I have tried to contact Barry the owner which refuses to call me back. I have spoken numerous times to mgr mark, mgr Marcus , Brittany and Danielle at the Edgewood (Home office ) and yet I still can't get this damaged used merchandise replaced or remove from my home. I wouldn't recommend this place to a baboon. Very unprofessional upper mgmt. Lack of follow up or communication. I highly recommend everyone go some where else. This is disgraceful. Guido. A

Our sofa and live seat is fall apart too. The material is so cheap and there's holes in every cushion.

We've had our set for approximately a year and a half also. We bought the guardsman protection plan and they denied our claim saying they do not cover that type of damage. We bought the plan based on the advise of the sales people at Ashley.

Cheap cheap furniture that we are now stuck with. I will never shop Ashley again!

Ashley Furniture - Poor Quality Furniture Review

I purchased Furniture from the Ashley home store in Nanuet NY. The furniture is expensive with poor quality. Purchase over $10,000 worth of furniture. More than half had damages. My reclining chaises has a1/2 foot deep gap when reclined. I spent over 3 months dealing with customer services. They sent the same incompetent tech to my house 4 times. After serveral letters and complaints the chaise was reapalstered only to have the stitches come undone. I'm still waiting for them to replace a mirror from my dresser. Do yourself a favors save yourself a favor avoid this store and all ashley furniture

I have purchase a durablend leather sectional. From the time i purchase the sectional it had nothing but problems froml small holes to now peeling on back cushions. I had the sectional for not more then three years. The extra warranty is money thrown out the window , because they said i made the smalll holes but i keep saying that it from being in your warehouse too long probably dust mites . Your repair representative is not for tbe customer but for Ashley company of poor workmanship of integrity of owning that this sectional have damage from the beginning. I will not recommend your store to anyone.

My couch broke in two places I call distribution center to tell them what happen I told them I didn't want this couch I wanted another couch but they insisted on ordering me another one they said to inspect the new one I inspect it I sent it back they were suppose to call me that day and they never called I called the store I bought it from no manager there so I had to wait till Monday .Monday they called me and told me they can fix my couch by tearing the bottom up and putting extra wood underneath it to give it more strength I was so upset I told them no I was not doing that finally after three weeks of this they told me I could exchange the sofa only that's why they didn't want to let me have a new couch because they don't want to replace my whole living room suit I just so frustrated by this point so now I'm not going to have a matching set so when I got to the store it me a little while to pick a couch out but I did no manager there again I guess they only work three days a weektje girl told me I was going to have to pay the difference I was so upset I spent 2800 dollars so I ended up not being able to get what I really wanted I just think its ridiculous to nick pick a customers to death the only good thingabout this whole situation is that the manager was nice I didn't have to pay the difference on the couch but it wasn't the one I really wanted it was my second choice and she also let me have the comforter that I wanted

OMGoodness!! I bought the couch and chair from Living Spaces, a year later I went back and bought another chair. I also purchased the warranty. Six months after I bought the second chair the couch started peeling. A few months later the chair started peeling as well. The new chairs hasn't yet, oh but it will. I can't afford to furniture at the moment so I have this piece of *** covered. I was also told by the warranty company they would not replace it. I am so angry because I was mislead in the store, and was Laos told that the furniture would last under normal wear. I don't have kids jumping on the furniture; DO NOT BUY THIS STUF!!! I'm out close to $2000. Thank God I didn't buy the ottoman. The picture above looks good compared to my furniture. I wish I was so lucky.

Hi I have the same problem except I actually have a bedroom set that I purchased 2 1/2 years ago and when direct tv moved my dresser to run an outlet behind it they found the back of the dresser to be filled with mold. I pulled the end tables and found the same issue....

I have the same exact issue... mold growing on the back of dresser, nightstands and armoire. My bed is fine though and there is no mold anywhere else.
