I have same problem and same period of time is almost 3 years since i bought my couch and sofa. The blended leather strated to peal off. The store we bought from is closed and so we don't know what to do. It was soppused to be "Ashley" and they soppused to use "good and durable materials". Looks like it doesnt because in the second year or less they started to peal. It looks like i just threw 13,000 dollars in the trash.

Ashley Furniture review in Ashburn, Virginia: Damaged Kitchen set - Warranty problems

I recently purchased a kitchen set in September 2013. I called to explain the problem with a chair having a 'Pull' in the fabric. They said I'm not covered for this type of problem. I haven't had this set for a year and the limited warranty doesn't cover it?!?!? 'No' - I said so I guess I'm 'SOL' ? I can't help you... Click, end of call. So I will not be shopping at this store again. Little things like this should be easily taken care of. Great service! Idiots, please hire more people like this who love their job!

these people fix nothing they are a rip off keep your money for this mfs 5 year protection plain they cover nothing.I will never buy this plan again .It would be better to play the lottery than buy this plan.

Do you know the name of the managers manager please? I am having a problem with furniture I ordered and the manager has been extremely difficult and was supposed to be getting the regional manager to call me back.

Over a week later I'm still waiting but can't find any names anywhere. Hope you got sorted out.

This business is run by a bunch of crooks that use contracts like a car dealership would. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Will never shop there again.

Ashley Furniture review: Defective sectional

We purchased what was represented to be a leather Ashley sectional from JR Furniture. After approximately 6 months the color of the dark brown "leather" started peeling off. We contacted the seller a number of months ago and they have continued to promise to contact Ashley and get back to us but so far have not. We have to assume that Ashley has not responded to them. The sectional turned out to be of very poor quality and we had to purchase another from another company to replace it. The Ashley sectional is now in our basement. Through our own research we have learned that this furniture was not actually leather but something called "bonded leather." Nevertheless, even considering the fact that this was mis-represented by JR Furniture, the sectional was defective as it seems that the color should not have started peeling off with 6 months of purchase.

Ashley Furniture review in Odessa, Texas: Missing item on delivery

After two weeks of calling and not getting anywhere I am fed up with this company. We spent over 3k on furniture. We were told that if we did not buy the mattress protector and we got so much as a small stain that it would void the warrant. We bought it and they forgot to deliver it and refuse to return our phone calls or send the item to us. What is so hard for them to send it Fed ex or UPS? I have spoken with about 10 different people and am always told that someone will call me back and nothing.

Ashley Furniture review: Bedroom dresser drawer plastic glide

I have a set of ashley dressers. on the back side of each drawer there is a small plastic guide that keeps the drawer in line and centered so it can close. two of these guides have now just basicly broken and fallen apart. I can not get any help from Ashley on where I can find some replacement parts. no more Ashley *** for myself or any one with enough common sence to listen to me bash there ***. you would think that an ashley furniture store should and would be more than happy to help resolve any and all issues that a paying customer is having with the items that they spent there hard earned money on.

BUYER BEWARE - Ashley Furniture Homestore purchases and store policy. Many filed complaints tell the true story! Many other furniture stores honor warranties, offer great customer service and careful delivery. Many other furniture stores sell Ashley brand without asking you to sign your rights away as a customer. So why shop at an Ashley Furniture Homestore? We among many are stuck with miss matched and damaged furniture from an Ashley Furniture Homestore. Customer service does not exceed "Sorry". Again, BUYER BEWARE. I understand the need for store policies; but, honestly, shouldn't that come into play after you actually get what you ordered, paid good money for and expect delivered in good condition? I can see from the many complaints that we are just one of many. BUYER BEWARE - you will most likely have to accept what is delivered to you...it may not be what you ordered, the right style or color, or undamaged ..."Sorry". Many attempts to resolve the problem with management gets the same results...."Sorry". Our only resolve as customers of Ashley Furniture Homestore is to re-sell what they delivered to us (unacceptable through no fault of our own) and take the loss with lesson learned. So why shop at an Ashley Furniture Homestore? ? Not more than once for us! BUYER BEWARE!

I say Amen! My sofa squeaks when anyone sits on it.

Very embarrassing. It's been six months now, and still no solution.

They have the sorriest excuse for customer service that I have ever seen. Trust and believe I will never buy another thing from them.
