On January 22nd 2022 (Sales Order # 21064****, 21064****) a mattress and ADJ base, on delivery the mattress was wet!!! (1st day i had to take off work) called (Mind you it took me three days in order to get in touch with anyone from Ashley) but Ashley sent an adjuster or appraiser to look at mattress, which he took pictures of the mattress with the staining from the mattress being wet.

(second day I had to take off on PTO) The gentleman that was here said that Ashely will contact me for a new delivery. from that point on its been pure *** in order to contact anyone from Ashley (no emails or phone calls from anyone) for days and hours on the phone listening to you stupid on hold messages, I had finely gotten ahold of a lady and she said my case has been closed!!! that was a week ago, someone finely called yesterday and left me a message but how do you ever talk to anyone?? What a joke!!!!

over the years I have bought so much from Ashley and had never experience this kind of poor customer service!!! 1 through 10? defiantly a 1, I actually had to type up this email in order to get ahold of someone to get this resolved!!! am I upset?

No one has reached out to me yet? Trying to get someone from Ashely Home Store on the line is ridiculous. They easily take your money but give you a hassle on getting it back.

When I put this sofa and love seat in the layaway, I asked the sales rep. would it be a problem with getting my money back.

He stated "No. He also did not bother to explain the refund process neither. Well I shopped around because I wanted more for my money and when I reached out to their chat online. Adrianna which she took awhile to keep responding to my chat, Stated first the layaway had to be cancelled and that will take 5 business days, then they will process a refund back to my debit card and that can take 7-14 days and my cash, I would receive a check and that will take 3-4 weeks.

the entire chat session with her was horrible because she was hestitant throughout the entire chat vs I chatted with 2 other people and they were chatting with me right away. When the responded, I responded and she was not helpful.... For the refund part, If all that would of been explained to me then I would of never gave them my cash money. I would of used my debit card.

Every time I call the store nobody is available for me to speak with them. Their furniture is too expensive for Ashley not to have a live person answering their phone lines. The entire process is krazy. Every time I have went to their store, I was never greeted by a salesman.

They are always upfront talking. The first day I went there I waited 2 hours before getting any assistance which they were busy as *** but the process should be more better and convience. Adrianna needs to be trained how to chat with customers and be more caring and concern especially when customers are spending XXX amount of dollars. Also yesterday on 1/7, I tried calling the store and had no success.

I reached out to the support line and that's when I was transferred to a team lead. He tried reaching out to the store for me and was on hold for about 10 minutes or longer. He came back to the line and told me that his call was unsuccessful and soon as he reaches the manager he will call me. Today is 1/08 and I have not heard from the Store manager, manager on duty.

Poor customer service from that store.

Ashley should make phone calls more convenient t for the customer if they are spending their money with them. This how you lose customers.

Lauren from customer service who is a manager had no empathy of my situation. I was not aware of the return policy or exchange policy with Ashley furniture. This is not the first time I purchased furniture from the store and they dont care about their customers they only care about getting the sale.

To Whom It May Concern,Im writing this e-mail about a purchase I made Sunday April 3rd at the Ashley Furniture store in Schaumburg,Il. We were looking at bedroom sets and found one we liked when asking a sales clerk about the prices she inquired if we needed a new mattress as well which we had been thinking about getting so we said yes.

She is a sleep specialist so she showed us two mattresses. We did settle on one along with the bedroom set. She then went to get the prices for us and came back and quoted a price in the 14,000.00 range. We were unsure at that time so we came home measured and talked about it and decided to go ahead and get it.

We went back and told Ela and she and the manager started doing the paper work when she finally came back she told us they had forgotten to put an item in the quote so now the new price was over $20,000 which we were not going to do so she said let me try and figure something out. Came back and said if we got a different mattress similar to the one we had picked out she could get it down to $17,500.00 ( mind you we were sitting there for over an hour at this point with no other communication with anyone just left sitting there ) we were very apprehensive about that price but decided to do it. Now we sat there for almost another hour waiting for the paperwork to get down when it was finally done and my husband was initialing everything he noticed they had the wrong end stand so we waited while they fixed that mistake. Finally close to 3 hours later we left the store with mattress covers and 2 free pillows .

After getting home and thinking it all through we decided that it was way too much money especially having been told one price and then it ended up more than the original quote. My husband called and talked to a representative and said it was being sent to the store we purchased it at and they would contact us , they never did!! My husband went to the store yesterday and brought the mattress covers and pillows back. They agreed to the refund but would not take the mattress covers and pillows back.

They are in sealed boxes just the way they left the store but will not take them back. Not only would they not take them back my husband was given the run around about who could authorize the return. He was sent back and forth between LaToya and Tyler, neither one would authorize it. Tyler would not even get up from his chair just pointed to who he should talk to.

Very poor customer service. So we are going to now be charged for them and we have no need for them they are made for the bed we are not getting.

I do not want these items and want to return them . Over the years we have done a lot of business with Ashley Furniture but if this is the kind of customer service you offer we will not be back.

I would like to hear back from someone about returning these unwanted items

Horrible service.

Bought a living room set on April 1. Chair was back ordered was told 6 to 8 weeks. Called on 8th week was told not until June 12. Today is June 16 nothing. Called was told not until September. They do not communicate with you. No email no calls. They dont hesitate to take your money.

We made big a package leather sofa, love seat and recliner purchase $16999 , sell person told us everything was 50% off, but everything was listed in the invoice accept recliner. When we called spoke to the sell person, he told us speak with the store manager then told us they made mistakes, the recliner is not included. Which was understandable, but whenI asked to cancel the furniture protection plan, which is approximately $950. He told us he cannot cancel the furniture protection plan. I need to speak to a person who can help us to cancel the policy and help us with the issues. Thank you.:

How do I file a complaint

I order my dining set in February it came in April. After waiting almost 3 hours in parking lot finally got to the loading dock. The guy said he’s never seen it where the chairs were already put together in the box. Well that should have been a red flag there He had already put the table in my Jeep and when he took the chairs out the back on the one was messed up. 2 of the chairs were already in Jeep. He took a new chair from another box and put in my Jeep. When I got home and started to unload you can see damage to the other chairs. Stefany and I have been going at it with your customer care she said she can order another one but I’ll have to bring this back and pick up the new one when it comes in. Ashley should be made to pick this one up and deliver the other at no cost. I couldn’t even let my grandkids stay with me during Easter break because of this mess in my living room. I told her to mark this down and I’ll keep it I’ll get my son to fix the legs she said no they would give a 100 store credit but wouldn’t mark this down. That is a absolute NO I won’t be back in that store. I borrowed a truck and I’m going to get help loading this and I will be sitting it in front of the store. People need to know that we are expected to open the boxes before we leave the warehouse to make sure there’s nothing wrong. I can’t believe a disabled senior is being treated like this

Missing pieces for dining chair

I purchased a dining set and am unable to assemble one chair due to missing hardware. I have been calling and calling. I was told hardware wasnt sent out on 4/25 and was given an invalid tracking number. WHERe Is My Hardware??? I cannot get an answer from any of your customer service reps.

I purchased nearly $4,000 in furniture and was encouraged to open an Ashley credit card. The purchase was made in 2020 with 2 years same as cash. The delivery company was unable to deliver to a 4th floor location so I did not get furniture. Store told me they would refund my credit card- it never happened. I am caller 243 in the queue and have an open dispute. The purchase was 24 months same as cash and I received electronic billing that was going to a SPAM folder. No results and several months and no one from Ashley has ever followed up. These are horrible business people.

First, I will never shop from Ashley. I purchased furniture from Ashley, it's going on 6 months I haven't received my furniture. They give me false information every time I call. They promise delivery and never show up or update me. I have lost confidence in this cooperation.

I received a damaged coffee table and have not received satisfaction from the service department or the store where I purchased the item. This has been going on for weeks . I paid for a brand new undamaged table not a repaired one and they have not responded by fixing or replacing. Apparently the extra warranty I paid for is a joke!!!

I have been trying to order a warranty replacement since January and nobody knows how to do this and everyone keeps telling me to call a phone number that is nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. Ive told customer service to have someone call me. And nothing. Sent numerous emails. Still nothing. Im under warranty and want my replacement Im titled to, or please take the couch back and refund my order if Ashley is declining to stick to their terms and conditions.
