Waited 2 months for delivery had issues with the delivery and now they wont honor the protection plan. | Ashley Furniture review

After waiting more than 2 months for delivery and having a very stressful time with the delivery, I tried to put in a claim and they rejected it because I didn't report it in the 30 days. I should have trusted my judgement and not purchased the protection plan. I will not do business with Ashleys again.

On March 5,2019 ordered $8500 of furniture and they cannot deliver what they say. Received (3) partial deliveries and it’s May 7 and they still have not delivered everything. Once they make the sale they never follow up except when they are delivering and you cannot trust because they tell you one thing and deliver something else. Also do not let them tell you the product is made in their own factory in the United States because the last time I checked CHINA is not the U.S. Just because it’s on the invoice does not mean it will happen! The only great associate they have is Sonja! She tried her best but the leadership team is out to lunch!

I purchased over $ 2200.00 in furniture, Yesterday customer service called from Lubbock, Tx, telling me my furniture would be delivered the following day which was Thursday. They only deliver to Oklahoma on Thursdays. I waited all day for the furniture. It never was delivered. I called Lubbock and was told I would have to wait another week since Wichita Falls, Tx. did not send appropriate paper work. I called and talked to Manager, David in Wichita Falls. He was very rude and insensitive to their screw up. I will Never purchase from Ashley furniture again.

The bed delivered from Ashley furniture was 1) Missing 2 pieces and 2) It smells horrible. It's such a shame because it's a beautiful bed, but due to the smell, I cannot sleep in it. Horrible will never buy from Ashley furniture again.

We spent 1,100 plus $100 for the extended warranty on a sleeper sofa from Ashely. The seams on the couch are now splitting. Of course it is over 1 year from purchase so the manufacturer warranty is no good, and the "platinum warranty" we purchased does not cover seams (covers almost nothing).
