Bad Customer Service

I purchased a new reclining loveseat and had it about three weeks when it stopped working correctly. I notified the salesperson that I dealt with when buying, told her of the problem and she said someone would reach out to me.

I had to call the customer service department myself and was told that they knew nothing about it. Was told the parts were ordered and it would be awhile before they were delivered. After about a month I called back and was told someone would reach out to me. After a week I called BBB and filed a complaint.

The same day AF called saying that they had just ordered the parts and they would be here in about 3-4 days. They showed up within the timeframe that was given to me. A week went by and no word on when someone would be out to repair the loveseat. I called today was told a repairman would be in contact.

The repairman said he would be here Thursday but I have doctors appointments.

Next available date would be 4/27/2023 which is not acceptable. Im going reach out to someone about a Class Action lawsuit.

Super unhappy customer

I ordered several couches and dinettes and I am super unhappy with my sectional that I received 8 weeks ago. It has a discoloration on it and I sent pictures of it and they are not covering it. It obviously is a defect and they will not fix it. This is deeply concerning knowing we have only had the sectional for a very short period of time. Fraudulent Practices and Selling of incomplete furniture sets

On February 19th, 2023 I purchased furniture from an Ashley HomeStore in Longview, Texas. The items were delivered on May 23, 2023 and we immediately noticed that a left arm and right arm recliner were unable to connect due to missing wedge pieces. One reclining piece is missing hardware and does not work. The headrest of another reclining piece does not work and a third reclining piece is missing stuffing in the fabric.

Ashley Furniture - Sofa question
Just received my new Signature sofa by Ashley. So far, I love it! However, The FEET ARE PLASTIC! Thus, I have a cheap sofa?!!! So Very disappointed! I would like a reply with a reason explaining How or Why an outstanding brand as Ashley would use PLASTIC? Im 75 and Never had any piece of furniture with plastic parts.

Horrible customer experience

We purchased sectional sofa set from Ashley back in September. It was delivered to us in very bad condition defective and poor quality. We asked delivery team to take it back but they refused and instead started fixing in front of us by hammiring detached peices in. We asked to stop but they left and told us customer service will contact us. We went to the store but they refused to take delivered peice back and issue refund. Very rude and disrespectful customer service.

I made a purchase in July and they have delivered damaged furniture 3 times, no one gets back to, it's always a recording, they don't inspect the furniture they just keep sending damaged items

We have ordered a part for our bar stools and they said they would ship it to us. This was ordered the very beginning of July. I contacted them 2 days ago and again they said they would ship the part. I dont know if we will get it, because it was ordered so recently. I have my doubts but well see.

Purchased a very expensive bed from the Ashley furniture store in Aberdeen NC. The delivery crew was VERY rude and not professional. Didn't expect this from a store such as this. Won't recommend this store.

Repair lift chair

The cushion had migrated from the leg portion leaving me you leg laying on cloth and wood and since the we hear a Crack from under the legs while lifting.they had me send them photos of the chair to them on May 24th and haven't heard anything back yet. I've never had this much problems from my other purchases in the past

I waited at home all day for a delivery that was confirmed with me 48 hours ago and also received a call yesterday to confirm for today’s appointment for my delivery. I called today at 2:30 to confirm

I am upset due to a delivery that was not received on time today. I got a confirmation 48 hours ago for todays date for my delivery. Also a text message the day before to confirm for this delivery so I would not pay the $75 fee if I was not home but no I have been waiting here all day for delivery that did not show. I called your store today at 2:30 and I was told they were only on delivery number two and I was number six the last stop and now I have called and no one is showing up with no delivery

Is possibly the worst!!! Every single customer service phone number gets me NOWHERE!!! I've left messages, with zero call back! I've called the store, and guess what, NO ONE answers!!! I ordered a queen comforter from Ashley Home Store. I didnt like how it looked on my bed and I didnt think it was a good value for the price. I had to speak to 4 different customer service representatives from whom I got 4 different stories about returns. Bottom line- I had to pay for the return-$62 - because my reason for return was not good enough.

We ordered the sectional sofa and only half was delivered. When they came to deliver I told them we did not want the ottoman because it did not fit in the room. I was told I would need to call the store to arrange a return. I spoke to Jenny I was told that all sales were final!! I will never use Ashleys again. Once my card is paid off I will destroy it. Very unhappy. I called about 20 times and was shuffled all over the place.

Wrong item

I ordered a 12" mattress online, one of those beds in a box. Took it out, let it expand for a week even though instructions 24 to 72 hrs, mattress has never expanded to full 12" depth which is what I paid for.

Got hold of customer service, was told to email pics which I did, never heard back from then. A week later I called 3 times and got hold of someone who told me in order to get a replacement I have to haul it to someplace and donate it, send them proof of a receipt THEN they'll send me a replacement!

First of all, THEY sent me the wrong one, and second, I'm not dumping off a brand new mattress at goodwill and trusting them to send me another one AND to send the right one?? *** poor way to treat consumers
