Poor customer service

Placed order during covid, was supposed to be 12 month no interest they did 6 month. Promised to fix it, now we have overpaid on account and not one response from store to fix situation. We will have paid almost 1000 more than we are suppose to. Fix customer service!!!!

Terrible quality and service

I have had a terrible experience from start to now and still do not have the bed, after 7 weeks. i did receive the side chest and it was not well made and parts not right in the box. I have complained and still no help they bed has never arrived and they tell me to cancel or wait until at least Feb. 2022 they sure took my money and dont mind just doing nothing. With having 1 piece it is not practical to cancel the other part.. the customer service is terrible in store in Rivergate was worse. what is going on that a business has such bad quality of items s terrible service?

I called customer service and they promised they’d call me back but no one ever returned my call after promising they would.

So, I called customer service to get a service call with a repair scheduled for our dining table. They told me to call the store so I called the store and Greg said no call customer service and if I didnt get the answer to keep calling until I got the right answer. Im so frustrated because no one will help me!! My cell # is 817-908-****

Lied to us

We went into the store by our house in Illinois to purchase a 36" square coffee table. They didn't have what we saw online. The sales person told us that the difference of an online purchase versus an in store purchase is that we cannot return an online purchase, but we can return it to the store if purchased there. They said it would be our responsibility to bring it back to them if we needed to return it. We were concerned that it may be too big. We ordered it from the store, and it arrived at our house just as promised 6 weeks later. The 2 men carried the box into our family room. The box was two square inches larger than the table, so we just set the box on the floor. We never unpacked the unit. We decided that it was too large. We called the store and were on hold for over 20 minutes. I did this twice. We then sent a few emails. No response. I'm writing this 3 days later and there's still no email response. I finally loaded the unit into the back of my SUV and brought it back to the store. I told the first employee I saw that I had a return. He directed me to the customer service counter. The two people behind the counter never looked up at me and completely ignored me. I finally said can you help me? When I told them I had a return, she said we don't take returns . When I told her that it didn't fit in our family room, she said, Oh, we won't be able to take it back at all if you had it in your house already. ???? (I guess I was supposed to put it in the garage) Then I said, so then you do take returns. She then handed me a brochure that had a number for me to call in Tennessee if I wasn't satisfied. They have not answered the phone and it's been three days of attempts. We wasted $357.00.

I found what I thought was a good deal on the Ashley website. Queen size sleeper sofa and a great deal, that I couldn't pass up. Somehow I ended up on the Wayfair website. I ordered the sofa and received an email from Ashley stating that it would take about 10-15 days...

Furniture replacement

We were all set to have our couch replaced. They said we just had to wait for a phone call on when the tech would be able to redeliver. That was this past summer. We are still waiting on this phone call. It is now November 9th 2021at this point

Recliner couch not working

No one wants to help. Called Customer Service who transferred me to store in Spokane Ashley Store. I bought the couch in Portland, OR. The Spokane store told me they can't help me and I needed to call the Portland store. We have had to call that store 5-6 times since spending $10,000 plus there in August. Each call has required a minimum of 45 minutes before a phone is answered. Ashley after sale service sucks. Their organization does not have centralized service numbers and the store is done with the sale and doesn't answer phones.

Cancellation

In September I paid Ashley store in Brentwood Calgary 10427.4 $ for furniture. While it was supposed to be received in October first we have not received few items yet even after several times of follow up. I have text messaged the manager and told him I want to cancel just two full beds that I haven't received yet and I have this right torentwood B cancel and pay the penalty. However, he refuses to cancel and refuses to deliver those items.

User's recommendation: Never ever approach those sloppy and con-artists at Ashley Brentwood, Calgary.

My package is getting continuously delayed

My Ashleys furniture which I have orderes is continuously delayed with no assured delivery date. It was suppose to come Nov. 2 then moved to Nov. 8 and now it said that it will be tentatively on Nov 19. This is ridiculous

Delivery of pier's

Please deliver replacement pier's. First pier's in June 2021 was damaged and been waiting fo placement. It was scheduled for Wednesday Oct. 27, 2021 and no one showed up and according to the Ashley Delivery it was never scheduled but there is a notification that the pier's would arrive that day. Now its NOV 4th. Please make sure the pier's are delivered that day! Its been 4 months and no one at Ashley is on the same page! I would like a credit for the amount of time and error's on Ashley's part for lack of consistency on the delivery. Thank you
