Purchased a mattress on line , it is lumpy and squeaky . I can seem to get anyone to help with the return .

Purchases and online Mattress received in a box after sleeping on it one night noticed it is very lumpy and very squeaky I called customer service, and they told me that they couldn't do anything about it, I explain to them that it is a damage mattress, and they're still giving me a hard time

Costumer complaint

Im on my 2nd delivery. My firat 1 the couch they said couldnt fit. So i got scheduled a 2nd delivery and i was told to be at my house from 6 to 8 pm. I waited til 745 with no call so i called the store and i was told that they was done for the day so why schedule me so late. I had to call in from work to be there for my furniture and they do a no show and didnt even have the respect to call me to say that my delivery wasnt coming then im told that they will deliver it tomorrow from 4 to 8 are you really serious right now. I work and i dont have time to keep calling in to tend to them why wont they do it in the ampoor poo

Poor customer service

GB the salesman told us that a piece of furniture was real wood and we found out later that it was particle board. Wanted to cancel the furniture which will not arrive until October and get a refund but they said no. Tried to talk with salesman and he was rude disrespectful aggressive and asked me to leave store. We are of the senior and military community and do not deserve that type of disrespect. What has happened to Ashley furniture?

No Customer Service

I just bought a sleeper sofa &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; wanted to get an ottoman, I called so many times & finally got a call back , I was told this item was not available, but its still available , but wanted to get a price matchI called Patti B back to tell her this as she has always been able to help me with my purchases, but never got a call back.. Employee complaint

i was in 8/4 to buy a reclining sofa. Nehal at Huntington beach store showed me some sifas not reallt listening to my needs. i said i would be back Sunday but do to kidney problem i just looked at your website and decided on the huddle up collection. i called Nehal and asked if you had the demo in your showroom. She asked if she could call me right back, but never did. She lost a $3,000 order for lack of knowledge. If she's new to sales she needs further training. i still have a few items to order and do like spending money in my community. Regards Sharon Meadows

Damaged furniture

Have been trying for a month to get my chairs replaced and now I'm being told because I've had the chairs for over a month they won't do anything. No one at the store will answer my calls or e-mails.

User's recommendation: Never buy anything from Ashley furniture.

1st things 1st. I didnt receive a courtesy call like I did when my bed was delivered over two months ago. I wasnt home so now I have to reschedule my delivery and that comes with a fee that honestly dont feel like I should have to pay because I didnt receive the courtesy call!!!

Divorced 3-1/2 yrs ago, needed something to sit on quick on a budget. It definitely has nice Aesthetics but the quality is you get what you pay for. I wanted something quick it's kind of like what I call throw away Furniture it's not going to be something you're going to have for years, I'm okay with that I didn't expect much for 500 bucks. got a nice enough couch though. 3 and 1/2 years later the upholstery is fraying and the stuffings coming out. Because it was an inexpensive or I should say cheap couch, it was never on some of the parts completely padded, you were hitting wood. Again you get what you pay for. I'm sure they have some nice stuff, I just didn't have the money at the time. It worked out Great.
