I purchased a new couch and it was delivered by two gentlemen that spoke on English. So the couch is faulty and I have tried to contact Ashley customer care several times . I stay on hold for 20 minutes and then get disconnected. This will be my last purchase with Ashleys.

Recliner order on 10/26/19 and was told to call and schedule delivery. I call and scheduled delivery for 12/11/19, Ashley called and gave me a number to call to confirm delivery, I called and confirmed delivery on a recorded line for 12/11/19 between 3:30 pm and 6:30 pm. At 7:pm I called and they said the truck had been delayed and they were looking at 9:30 pm. I never got a phone call or email or nothing just didn't show up. I called the next day and they said sorry for your loss, and by the way, the next date that we can deliver your recliner is 01/19/2020. The recliner was ordered back on 10/26/19, it's not like I can get my money back. THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Details
On November 19th, I ordered several items online to be delivered to my husband in a nursing home. At this point, there are 3 items now outstanding, although delivery was to be in 1 to 2 weeks. I just discovered that they won't be delivered until January 3rd. In the meantime, we are paying rent on the items that my husband is using at the nursing. Please help!

Dining set bought that included 4 bar stools. 2 of these had welds break and cannot use anymore. Contacted customer service and after numerous calls and sending pictures of the defect we were told not covered under warranty. This was only one year that this was covered. So why buy the extended warranty?? So they can make more money. If they manufacture their own furniture you would think they would care about quality. No quality just sell with no service to the consumer!!! BUYERS BEWARE

I ordered a bedroom set online. They clearly show 2 options one for shipping address and one for billing address. I have a P.O. Box since mail doesn’t arrive at my home. They billed my card but have yet to return the funds to the card since they are now claiming an issue has happened with my Shipping and billing address. About a month and a half ago I spent 2.6k in the store and they forgot to deliver a shelf. That has also been on hold for a month!!! I will never buy from them again. I have been given the run around on returning the funds to my card back and fourth with them. DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

Nothing on website is in store. Sales rep stated could order it and have it delivered in 6-8 weeks. I would't be at the store for furniture if I could wait 6-8 weeks!!! Rep follows you around the store not giving you time to choose anything.
