We bought this recliner only 5 months ago, and its spring in the middle seat got broken TWICE! We contacted customer service and they said we are in the *** but never got to us! We have to fix it ourself! Twice! After we got it for only 5 months! This is the worst couch ever!!!! I really hope they can contact us to deal with this problem eventually! If not, I will complain against them to BBB or any other possible sources! I am so disappointed.... Read more

I purchase Loveseat and sofa 3 years ago from Ashley furniture. I have a broken leg, tear and wear, the arm rest is broken. I called the care plan I purchased, so I was told to send pictures. I sent pictures ,they called me the second day and came up with that they can't cover it due to many damages. I purchsed a leather sofa and love seat on 12/12/16. The loveseat was delivered on 12/14/16 but I was told the sofa was on back order. The love seat was torn upon delivery and I was told a tech would come to acess and repair. He arrive on 12/27 and said he would replace an arm. When we were bed shopping, the "mattress specialist" was no help. We never received assistance as to the main differences between soft, medium-firm, and firm mattresses. Another rep told us we could exchange because Ashley wants their customers to be comfortable and satisfied. We spent a lot of time trying out different mattresses and selected one. I purchased furniture from Ashley and that was m y first mistake. Having issues with the sofa, made numerous calls to customer service with no answers just a bunch of ***. The company is a joke all they want is your money, customer service is a joke. Worst experience i have ever had with a furniture company do not waste your time.

I ordered my bedroom set in October with a delivery date for December 3rd. I received dresser, chest, and 2 night stands but nothing to do with the bed. So everything goes into the loft upstairs Because they told us the room has to be empty in order for them to put the bed together. They called and said the new schedule date to receive bed rails is Dec 26. I explained I hadn't received anything to do with the bed why would they only send rails?... Read more

I spent over $ 7000 dollars during the Black Friday this year. I ordered sofa set and matress. For The matress, they didnt show up or cancel the delivery 4 times. 4TIMES!!!!! I hired a person to be at home while i was gone for work. I just waisted my money 4 times. Finally i got the matress and Now, it is a turn for my loveseat.
