Terrible delivery

BuBought couch but delivery people were not willing to get it to our apt on fourth floor even tho I paid extra for them to do that and was told its not a problem when purchased. They left couch in our apt lobby and left. They only spoke Spanish, so communication was a problem. Will never buy another piece of furniture from Ashley, its been A terrible experience all the way around! Only easy part was when they took my money!!! Horrible customer service!!

Horrible experience

It took 3.5 months to get my furniture delivered. When it was received the delivery company scratched my hardwood floors, put the feet on the sofa and chair completely crooked and out of alignment. Also stripped some of the screws. Did not deliver the middle cushion for the sofa or the pillows for the chair. Its now at the 5 month mark and I still do not have everything and they are telling me it will be approx 1 month more!!

Need address for returns

First, the items were pictured beside a couch and looked perfectly normal, but when I received them, they were beyond huge! I could not use them at all. Your agent handling this return was courteous and handled things very efficiently and well. I am well pleased with her. What I do not like is the vulgarity in the title of the email which you sent to my email asking me to fill out this "review or complaint." That was completely unnecessary vulgarity. It was not cute and not appreciated.

User's recommendation: Go to their stores and check out the merchandise before you order to make sure you are getting what you think you are getting.

Nothing but lies

Ashley Furniture - Nothing but lies
Made purchase, after delivery found they would not assemble (I paid for this) been 7 weeks, promised to pick up today but they canceled. No one will call me or give me a number of superior.

Poor Customer Service

I wish you can give a negative ten. I would give my left arm to return my furniture and go else where. I do intend to go on every social media site and post my experience!!! The worst customer service there is. Don't waste money if anything goes wrong they will avoid you at any cost!!! Sofa is only two weeks old and we can not sit on it!!!

I am not getting my refund back .

I ordered furniture from Auburn location location and paid gull amount. But week later I change my mind and canceled my order. They asked me to come the store So that can refund my money in the card. I went there twice, call them several times, that are are saying their system is not working. And it is now more than 10 days.

Ashley Furniture sent me a check for the value of my purchase. I would like to say that the quality of the furniture is very poor and I say this because Im still dealing with a piece of furniture that is in bad condition. Delivery is reliable.

NO INFORMATION

After waiting 5 months for our couches we were advised they would be delivered today. On *** I was told the order will not be delivered today. Cust svc agent was unclear as to why and had no real information about our order. In fact the only proactive communication from Ashley was last Monday from the store but the store is not answering and hasn't called back. We previously had to drive to the store, 1/2 hour away, to get any communication from the store.

Waiting and waiting and waiting! No delivery no help

Ordered on July 2nd a recliner among other pieces of furniture. Notified that recliner was in and ready for delivery but other furniture that was part of order not in stock. Told customer service to hold until they can fulfill the entire order for delivery. Promised multiple times that they would hold recliner. The other pieces arrived 3 weeks later and when customer service called for delivery we were told the recliner was sold right out from under us. So now 4 months from our order being placed we are left with broken promises, plenty of aggravation, frustration and no communication from customer service as to a reliable date of delivery. Calls are met with automated 5 to 7 week delivery. For a company that has a policy of no take away of furniture upon delivery of new furniture. Making the customer find and pay a third party to remove and dispose of the old furniture. Listening to sales rep tell us that donate the old furniture where they will not enter house and you have to haul it to the curb or they only want old furniture in near perfect condition for resale. Emails left unanswered. This is what the buyer experience is dont expect much .
