Disappointed

When first received had issues. Rep came out to get items replaced. Never did. Then called a few months ago and said no longer make. Sent pictures of poor quality and torn material no resolve. Very upsetting that this has been neglected and not taken care of.

Noticed sofa leather scratched and peeled at corner delivered saturday

I notice lower bottom corner leather peeled and scratched , it was delivered saturday. It still have tag because I was on duty for working during weekend and don't have time to seat there. I live alone and no body touched the sofa. The shape of scratch tells it was demaged during delivery. Actually already side table had crack and mirror was not attached because of no screw, so reschduled, annoying and inconvient. I have no time on week day, but have to accept the given day. But no body said I am sorry. Rescheduling person was so authorative , delivery person was indifferent. So annoying and inconvinient for noticed another demage.

Ashley couch and loveseat

I have the same experience with my Ashley couch and loveseat. I literally sit down and start having difficulty breathing, runny nose, and headaches. It's been 4 weeks since they were delivered and the odor emitted is just as strong as the first day. When I leave my living room I feel fine within about 30 min. But if I come back the problems return. I thought I was losing my mind till I read these comments! I'm going to call and see what the local furniture store says where I bought them. Tough luck might be what they say!

Return policy a bad choice for a sofa

No returns upon delivery. I bought a Darcy sofa and I want to warn people with back issues, please do not buy this sofa. It is very, very uncomfortable. 399.00. Guess you get what you pay for. No returns. Theres plenty of companies that will do better than that!

My elderly moms coach was delivered and technicians didn't assemble it completely. There are also number of problems and defective issues with the coach. The seats are uncomfortable for her, the left board both seats are slippery and uneven, therefore she slides downs when she sits on them. The back cushions have too much gap on both ends. My mom hurt her knee when tried getting up from the seat.

User's recommendation: Don not get fouled by furniture you see and try in the store as floor samples. They always look and feel better than the ones get delivered.

For purchase complaints

Purchase dining room table 2 months ago. When its arrive in warehouse, didn't receive a call that it was there. Called and they informed it was there. Made arrangements for them to deliver. Kept giving. me delivery days for 2 weeks, and never delivery. On Saturday 8.21.21, Had to get someone to pick it up from warehouse. Management at River gate Store was no help what so ever. I would go there ever time that was scheduled for delivery. And did show.

Need head management to call ASAPH

there's too much to tell about what happened here. we need somebody to get over to call us immediately and get this wet furniture out of our living room. these young men left our TV stand out in the rain we were treated like we were horrible people and I want this taken care of when it removed out of my home immediately.

Horrible customer service.

Was given three delivery dates for my sofa delivery, and I am still waiting. No one has called or emailed. I have missed time from on all of these occasions. Will not be ordering from them anymore.
