We purchased a beautiful ivory durablend sofa and chaise directly from Ashley Furniture when our new home was built. Fast forward to 4 years later and the furniture is an embarrassment and has been shamed to our basement until we purchase something new so we can throw it out (not even worthy to try selling). Our basement rec room furniture has now been brought into our upstairs living space in the meantime which we purchased from Ikea 10+ years ago (bonded leather) and is still in excellent condition. So disappointed in Ashley Furniture. I will never shop there or recommend any of their products to anyone! Buyer beware!

I spent $3,000 on a 3 piece sectional 2 years ago. I have tried to get a replacement slip cover for the chaise and they don't have any. They told me they only keep replacement parts for their furniture for one year! They basiy told me to toss my $3,000 couch and get another one. This company is garbage and sells garbage that in her words is meant to be replaced within 2 years. This might be understandable if the sectional was $600, but for $3,000 I expected some type of quality and for them to stand behind their products. I will never purchase anythong from them again and strongly discourage anyone else from doin so as well.

Broken bed | Ashley Furniture review

I ordered a bed online and it arrived damaged. Foot board was dented and broken. The headboard had a broken detached trim piece. I called they will send replacements but I have to do a laundry list worth of things to satisfy their claim against UPS and guess what I'm still out a bed for additional time and they didn't want to do anything to supplement the pain in booty I've had to go through to arrange for being there to get it delivered and now I have to repackage it and schlep it down the stairs and up again.

TERRIBLE customer service!! Ordered bed 3 weeks ago. Was suppose to deliver Saturday but was damaged in shipping.. which it came in 2-3 days prior but called me the evening before it was suppose to be delivered letting me know it was damaged. The guy said someone would call me Saturday about my order. No call. Just tried calling them now, was stuck on hold with the recording telling me they will get to my call in which the call was received, then telling me I was caller number One. Sit on hold for about 10 min until it just routed me to leave a voicemail!! Will never order from them again!!

Followed a friend to decided on buying a bed. We walked in at 6pm and all the sales associates were congregated at the customer service desk having a grand old time. The store closes at 9pm and not one approached us or the customers who came in after us. Now on see why you are 1.2 rating in reviews online. Ashley Furniture Dayton Mall, you suck!

Chest ordered and never delivered! | Ashley Furniture review

I bought a chest of drawers online. I called and set up delivery for the chest the following Tuesday. My son stayed home all day waiting or delivery, they didn't call or deliver. I spoke to them and they apologized and set up delivery for two days later saying item was out of stock til then. Two days later they called me at my work and said it will be delivered in ten minutes. I rushed home from work for that delivery and once again, no delivery, not call. I phoned and complained again, they said item wasn't in warehouse but will be the following day, so they set up delivery for the next Monday. Once again son stayed home, no delivery, no call. This is the worst customer service I have ever gone through, never again will I order from Ashley's, its not worth the headache!!!
