Wasting your time in contacting Ashley's at their store in Plano, Texas near the Collin Creek Mall. In 2017 we purchase a King sized double sided Pillow Top Sealy made "Dadford" mattress. It was to be identical of one of their Queen size "Floor Models".

What I received was a single sided "Pillow Top" mattress & base(s)

that immediately sagged like two cradle like pockets on both sides at least six inches deep. On top of all of that in reviewing my

invoice I noticed that Ashley's had added on a significant fee for a

warranty which I return to the store and demanded a refund on the unauthorized warranty fee which I received, that was be for we had even tried sleeping on the mattress and experiencing the above noted the deep sagging pockets on both sides.

My complaining to no avail,

The message to future potential buyers from Ashley's is "Do not buy anything from an Ashley Store assuming you are going to get a product representing their "Floor Models" and accepting their word that the product in the warehouse is identical, if you do you should insist to see it in the warehouse and mark it, That goes also for buying any product identified as a floor model (Mark It). In short, the Ashley Stores are not trust worthy.

Furniture sucks

First off, after talking to salesman about wanting leather furniture, I picked out vinyl, and he did not tell me it wasn't leather. Realized it when furniture was delivered.

The fabric on recliner duo and couch already had staples tearing through the vinyl. They let me exchange for some that was part leather/part vinyl (at this point, I couldn't afford all leather). Four years down the line, the vinyl is cracking up. Very poor quality materials.

I expected their furniture to be of better quality. I would of been better with something from Wallmart. The set I replaced, I'd had for 20 years with 6 kids.

It had not a crack or tear when I replaced it and it was not a brand name. ASHLEY FURNITURE IS CRAP!!!

Poor Customer Service

The handles for my bedroom chest broke off. I tried Ashley website, filled out their page and never got a reply.

I called customer service (dis-service) and they never returned my call. I went to the store and was told they could not order replacements. I should buy all new handles. Then they told me they needed the serial number off my bedroom chest.

Looked all over it. No serial number. Model #B634-46. Their service after the sale is just terrible.

They were short staffed and then when another customer service rep came in, she could not get her computer to work. Will not buy more furniture from them.

Ashley Furniture NEVER AGAIN

I purchased 3 different bedroom sets from Ashley Furniture on July 19, 2018. The first 2 bedroom sets were delivered on September 4, 2018. The 3rd bedroom set was to be delivered on September 11, 2018, however they only delivered the Headboard. After much discussion Ashley said they would Hot Shot the remainder of the furniture to my home that day. After a 4 hour wait the remainder of the furniture arrived. After getting the furniture inside the house I was informed by the delivery person that the correct hardware to put the bed together had not been sent thus the bed could not be assembled. There was also a stain issue with the footboard and was told by the delivery person that someone would be back to assemble the bed and fix the stain issue on Friday Sept. 21, 2018. Today I am being told that now I must wait until October 9, 2019 for someone to come to my home to put the bed together and fix the finish problem. This entire experience has been terrible. I will NEVER but anything else from Ashley Furniture and will tell everyone I know about this experience.

UPDATE - There has been NO REPLY from Ashley Furniture. Judging from the numerous complaints and photos online - it appears that they simply DO NOT stand behind their furniture.

They DO NOT care.

My sofa and loveseat have become worse with time. Huge chunks are peeling...

An Ashley Furniture “Dura blend” sofa and loveseat were purchased for me as a gift by a family friend. Dura blend is, allegedly, a combination of real leather and faux leather. It wasn’t long before there was some minor peeling on both pieces which escalated into EXTREME peeling. This should NOT be happening within a few years of minor use. Both pieces are peeling in places that are never even touched! It need not be used – it shreds itself. The quality of the material (DuraBlend) is cheap!
Every day, all day, with chronic back pain, I pick up pieces of the sofa and loveseat. I find pieces on my clothing and in the shower ... everywhere! I weigh 98 pounds and have no pets. The sofa and loveseat continue to peel and come apart. There is no excuse for such poor quality.
On the DuraBlend information card the first descriptive word is – durable! That word should have a question mark following it. (Durable?) ... Another descriptive phrase on the card is “sophisticated look and feel.” Please see the photos. Does that say sophistication? It should say – “Belongs in dumpster.” Sophistication? I am embarrassed to invite people into my home. When I do, they always leave with pieces of the sofa and loveseat attached to their clothing. A souvenir of “sophistication.”
Stated on the tag is - “Made by Ashley furniture Industries, Inc.” Well Ashley, I need a REPLACEMENT sofa and loveseat of a similar color and shape – BUT pieces that will NOT PEEL that ARE ACTUALLY durable and sophisticated in look and feel.

I bought a sectional from your store in San Antonio. The chaise was bunching up due to the zipper causing this . They came out and determined that it needed to be replaced. Just the cushion. Now they are telling me because it has a small stain the chaise they won't replace the cushion. I can buy the replacement!!! That is ridiculous small stain or not they should replace this part. the stain is nowhere near the side of the cushion. The customer service completely blew me off . I will never buy any furniture from you again.!!!!!! Terrible customer service. Your company should replace this because the zipper is defective and causing the chaise part of my couch to bunch up. The stain is small and has no effect on the zipper part on the side!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought A bed room suite from Ashley two months ago and that was a big mistake on my part. When I first received the furniture I opened drawers on the night stand beside the bed and the sliders fell apart. The bearings came out so I had to put this back together until I could contact Ashley and get replacement parts. Not to much later the drawers on the five drawer dresser started sticking and two of the drawers had bearing failure and the front of the drawer came separated from the side wood. Called again to have replacement parts and people come into my house to fix this Ashley junk furniture. If I had to do it again I would have spent more money and went to Rooms to Go or bought Bassett, something that would have lasted for many years and made in America. Please DO NOT BUY ASHLEY, YOU WILL BE SORRY !

purchased sofa bed delivered by two unprofessional men. There were wet marks on sofa which they admitted was there sweat!! Disgusting we refused sofa and sent back. Company refused to refund $85 delivery charge saying no delivery refunds. There fault sofa was delivered with defect so why should I pay. Plus they left there garbage on my property. Will NEVER do business with this company again. To top it off they needed there truck jump started to leave which we helped with. I will be contacted the BBB . This sofa was to be a gift for my niece who just lost her mom. Warning do not buy furniture from this company.

Forget about the BBB ; they can and will do nothing. They are an urban legend, not the Commerce Police.

They have no power or influence over anything.

I'd haul them into small claims court just for giggles : my $85, the cleanup fee after the mess (footprints, stains, marks in the yard, garbage, about another $325 by my calculations ... they'll pay you off quickly the $85 the day they receive their summons.
