I’m currently looking up what I can do since I’ve just spent $1,200 less than 12 hours ago. I told the sales person the price online vs what they had in store and was told it’d be honored and that I’m getting it at such a deal...

What?! When you look online, they make you type in your zip code for availability and pricing but when you go into the store everything is $200+ and more?! I also bought a mattress and sure enough it’s $200 less online. And I also got a phone call an hour before the store closed that I owed them more money because they didn’t put delivery on something I ordered.

I signed everything and I paid for everything, even with the mattress being marked up, and I’m PISSED.

I’m going to be speaking to the manager in person about this and about how I was given 6 different delivery days... wish me luck.

I finally gave-in and paid S & Y to come and P/U the creaking loveseat. This was back in July 2016, a month before the warranty would expire. They delivered back to me after one day and it is better, but not 100%...The repair guy did a lousy job re-stapling the sheer fabric on the under-side; looks like it was done by a first-grader...saw that when the delivery guys brought it in the house...

I will never buy an Ashley product again...

Ashley Furniture Manager - Phillipsburg NJ

I ordered a beautiful server with glass shelving in the middle. When the piece was delivered, the delivery men had forgotten to grab the glass shelves. I called the store from which I ordered the piece, and the manager, I believe his name was John, informed me that I would receive the shelves in a week. No problem... A week passed by and I did not receive a thing. After a month and a half of multiple trips calling/visiting the manager in store to express my frustrations, I would get the run around about the delivery date and he never once called the distribution center to expedite my shelves or find out what the problem was. Instead, he simply "explained" to me how tracking a package worked and offered me the display shelves. I'm making payments on a $900 server, I do not want display shelves! In the end, I returned the entire purchase because of the managers lack of help. To make the ordeal worse, the manager happened to be dropping off a deposit for the company at my place of business. After seeing me, he proceeded to tell my coworkers about how unhappy I was with his service and how I "overreacted". Completely unprofessional. I will never do business with the Ashley furniture in Phillipsburg NJ again!
