After a year the backs broke. The first broke with 2 months and was never the same. We had a customer service appointment on 2/20 and still have no loveseat to sit on and we have to call customer service and sit on hold to get updates that they don’t know when part will be in. Will never buy from Ashley again.

PURCHASED TWO ITEMS, TABLE IN 2012 AND A TV CENTER IN 2013 AND BOTH CAME DAMAGED WHEN SHIPPED. IT TOOK MUTIPLE VISITS TO FIX AND IN ONE CASE THE REPAIR PERSON WHO WAS REAL NICE HAD TO SPRAY PAINT THE CENTER IN THE LIVING ROOM IN ORDER TO FIX WHAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE NEW. WE SPENT GOOD MONEY ON ITEMS THAT WHERE DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY THEN YOU HAVE TO BE AVAIABLE WHEN THEY WANT TO COME OUT, USALLY 2 -4 WEEKS AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE ITEM, CAUSES LOTS OF DISRUPTIONS! DONT EXECEPT THE DELIVERY IF IT IS DAMAGED!

Ordered New Item From Ashleys - Refurbished One Sent Instead | Ashley Furniture review from Phoenix, Arizona

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE! I ordered a NEW TV console from one of their distributors, but Ashleys shipped me a REFURBISHED one instead. I ordered two items that came on the same pallet. The first was a chair that came in a new box that had never been opened. The second (TV console) came in a box that had holes, nearly collapsed and had been opened (several times) and taped back together. When I opened it, several wood pieces had been damaged and someone tried to restain it. There were also missing parts. Classy Home agreed to a small refund and to send me the missing parts. As it turns out, it would have been quicker just to send it all back and demand a NEW replacement. Each time I've called Ashleys, the parts were always on backorder and always 2 - 3 weeks away. I finally just filed a complaint with my credit card company for a full refund of this item because Ashleys failed to deliver an ordered product.

Lies Lies Lies and No-Care Attitude | Ashley Furniture review from Phoenix, Arizona

Ordered a TV console, was assured by the salesman that it would be assembled when we picked it up at the warehouse. He even gave us the measurements for it so we could be sure it would fit in the truck. Drove 50+ miles to the warhouse to pick it up, it's not assembled. I'm not going to pay that much for something that's not assembled! We left it there and called the salesman, who didn't even apologize or offer to make it right. We cancelled the order, since it was within the 48hr period. No one at the store, or at the corporate customer care center, cared that we had basically been lied to/misinformed and they said that I was lying when I told them we were told it would be assembled. Don't ever spend your money here, the lack of customer service was appalling. I've never been treated like this.
