I BOUGHT A COUCH FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. THEY HAD TOLD ME, THAT I HAVE FULL WARRANTY WITH THEM IN REGARDS TO ANYTHING WRONG WITH THIS UNIT.

SO AFTER JUST 1 YEAR, I MADE MY PHONE CALL BECAUSE THE COUCH WAS TORN. THERE WERE RIPS AND MATERIAL COMING OUT. THERE RESPONSE WAS RIDICULES. THEY WOULDN'T FIX IT.

THEY WOULD FIX IT IF I TOOK A KNIFE TO THE COUCH MYSELF BUT WONT FIX IT FOR OTHER REASONS. I PAID FOR A WARRANTY AND THEY ARE GOING TO VOID IT AND NOW I'M BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. THIS UNIT DID NOT EVEN LAST ME A YEAR.

NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE GARBAGE.

We have had this exact same problem. Tears and rips in every cushion and pillow.

They said it's not covered under our warranty and we are out of luck. We spent so much money on our couch and it's only 2 years old. They do not stand behind their guarantee or furniture.

I will be telling people NOT to buy from them. It's absolutely ridiculous!
