I BOUGHT A COUCH FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE.THEY HAD TOLD ME, THAT I HAVE FULL WARRANTY WITH THEM IN REGARDS TO ANYTHING WRONG WITH THIS UNIT.

SO AFTER JUST 1 YEAR, I MADE MY PHONE CALL BECAUSE THE COUCH WAS TORN. THERE WERE RIPS AND MATERIAL COMING OUT. THERE RESPONSE WAS RIDICULES. THEY WOULDN'T FIX IT.

THEY WOULD FIX IT IF I TOOK A KNIFE TO THE COUCH MYSELF BUT WONT FIX IT FOR OTHER REASONS. I PAID FOR A WARRANTY AND THEY ARE GOING TO VOID IT AND NOW I'M BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. THIS UNIT DID NOT EVEN LAST ME A YEAR.

NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY.COMPLETE GARBAGE.
