We had the same issue. Couch started peeling in a small area but now has covered the entire couch.

Not worth recovering and nothing is covered. Will never buy Ashley furniture again

Would like product that we purchased to live up to the baloney we were told about when we purchased. Would love a refund and or replacements of products we purchased. Keep in mind that couches a classified as a "durable good" and should live up to that...

Why is this no longer on facebook? I paid 2500.00 for this furniture and also warranty. They would never return my phone calls from a 800 number on repair until lifetime warranty expired. I called for a whole year!!! Everything is falling apart..I was also told this was better than leather. I havea black leather chair for 30yrs now...lying jerks..I want this back on facebook so I can post my furniture pics!

Terrible corporate customer service | Ashley Furniture in Houston, Texas

I bought a motorized chair over 3 months ago. At the time of purchase I was told it was it was in stock and would be delivered on a certain date. 2 days before the delivery date I received a call stating the item was not currently available. So I rescheduled. Then 2 days before the next delivery date they stated they could not deliver because the item was damaged when they received it at the warehouse. 5 promised delivery dates and 3 months later I still don't have the chair. Don't even bother with the corporate customer service folks as they are rude and kept telling me they could not give my money back. One trip to the local store and the manager refunded my money on the spot.

NEVER BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE

I went in to purchase 2 couches the first weekend in March. I wanted to purchase the chair and ottaman as well but they were not even willing to work it a deal for me. Our salesman told me AFTER I paid CASH for the couches it would be 2 weeks before they could deliver but that would be at the worst case scerario. 2 WEEKS LATER he calls me and says I am so sorry but it will be the last part of March but I have refunded HALF of the delivery charge. REALLY HALF? He told me well they didn't even want to do that. That is how ASHLEY feels about their customer's. I told him I would be leaving town the beginning of April would it be here in time. He said I think so. WELL GUESS WHAT. It was NOT! I was told alo that if I had to reschedule they were going to CHARGE ME. This after I have waited over a month for you to deliver. They finally delivered my couches on April 10th. I have NEVER been treated with so little concern in all my life!! They have ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and that will be their down fall in the long run. They totally deserve to go out of business as far as I am concerned as there are to many other furniture places who treat you right. Needless to say I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE A AGAIN! I went to the one ij Plano off of 75 by Collin Creek Mall. If you are comtemplating making a purchase from this store please DON'T DO IT!
