We spent over 4,000.00 in 2 living room purchases and have had, poor customer service, late deliveries, broken on delivery, had to wait again, came back, broke again, 2 large couches upstairs, broken with no fixes..2 piece all leather couches, seats are already sunken and very uncomfortable, broken mid section. This company is absolutely a disgrace to consumers!!!

DON'T EVEN WASTER YOUR TIME SHOPPING THAT OVERPRICED GARBAGE....EXTREME MONEY LOSS!

WARNING!

THIS IS A FAMILY DISASTER, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COSTS THAT MUCH MONEY. SERVICE IS AWFUL AND DELIVERY IS TERRIBLE...THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE ABOUT US!

I saved and saved all of my adult life to buy what i thought was my "DREAM" bedroom suite.I always assumed that with their reputation and longevity,it would be "perfect".Well,it's been 3 years and the wood is cracking and chipping.DON'T SHOP ASHLEY'S.VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. :( :cry

I feel the same way. But I am only out $1400.
