Don't ever go to this store. They are very expensive compare to other places and will never deliver furnitures on time. If you call the customer service or the store they are very arrogant , will not even apologize for their mistake. No one will take the responsibility for their mistake. Such a bad store , I strongly recommend not to go Ashley especially the one in Milpitas.

I bought from a Hickory Nc store. I purchased 2 beds. They said that they would take my mattresses upon delivery. When they delivered the beds they put my mattresses on my deck. Called and complained. They said they would send someone to pick them up..now they say the mattresses are wet and cant pick them up. I paid for pick up. I will be hoing somewhere else for my furniture next time
