Ashley Furniture - Lousy customer service

I agree, thus far i am experiencing the same customer service run around, to get brackets to attach the mirror back to the dresser,when i can get someone to answer the phone and i purchased insurance, that they will not honor because it happened during moving, i cant believe that a company like Ashley's, customer service , and pleasing their consumers is so unprofessional
