I bought a couch and love seat from the Augusta store on 7/2. The delivery date was set on 7/14 almost 2 weeks later.

The delivery driver showed up with an attitude and then informed me in a very uncaring way that the couch had *** in it (which I think he did while taking it out of box). He didn't provide any details about what the next step would be and I had to ask what the procedure was. All he said was that I would be contacted in 1-2 days. I waited 2 days for a call but none came, so in the 3rd day I called the store and told them I wasn't happy with the customer service and it appeared that no body was interested in resolving this issue.

The store didn't even apologize or even offer a caring ear, I assume this happens a lot. I was told that the next date that my couch would come would be 7/28.

So I am waiting on a couch for almost a month and all I have to sit on is a love seat.
