We bought a sectional sofa from Ashley Furniture in Plano, TX on 02/15/15. When the item was delivered (03/03/15) the delivery folks were in such a hurry to get to the next stop the gouged a door, scraped paint off my walls, and overall were a couple of amateurs.
Asked me to sign a waiver of liability after the fact and I refused. This the second episode like this with Ashley. They offered anything other than "we are so sorry".
Caveat emptor(buyer beware ) on these knuckleheads. A customer service rep called to inquire if I was happy with my purchase, and offered "I'll make a note of it and put it in your file" and the obligatory "sorry"
