Purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture in Concord CA. Money is tight so I saved $80 delivery fee & picked up myself.
I initialed document that says if I pick up and anything in wrong with furniture I will have to bring it back. Clarified this with the salesman and at no time did he tell me that this also means if anything should go wrong with the furniture within the 1 year warranty I will need to bring it back to the warehouse.
The cloth on the back of the couch is pulling away from the top; a new piece of fabric is required as it was cut too small.
Had I paid the $80 for delivery they would send out a "technician" to look at it. So now I am stuck with a couch that is literally coming apart at the seams.
