3 attempts with damaged goods at my house from Ashley furniture, I said enough. I have lost enough time and money. Now I am being charged $250.00 restocking fee because I refuse to accept damaged goods to be repaired by their repair man. I buy new merchandise, unacceptable having to accept damaged goods upon delivery.

Ordered two recliners, two end tables and love seat in March. This was approximately $3000. and paid with credit card. Part of the purchase came as promised, but not the chairs. They came last night at 11:00 pm almost 2 months later. Getting answers was a fiasco as to why they took so long. Not ever again will Ashley Furniture be trusted with our needs
