Absolutely horrible! I ordered furniture and a mattress from here and a completely wrong mattress was delivered to me.
I called customer care within 15 mins after the delivery to inform them that I had received the wrong mattress, including sending a picture text of the label. It has been 10 days since then and I have still not received the mattress that I have paid for. I have talked to various managers and customer care agents, including the store managers and they have all voiced that I will receive the correct mattress, but still nothing. No return customer care calls, no follow-up, nothing!
I have never experienced this type of customer service. I will NEVER buy ashley furniture again!
