I would have to agree with reviewer I purchased some bedroom furniture over labor day weekend the chest of drawers and dresser both arrived damaged. The delivery person told me I needed to contact Ashleys customer service to return the furniture. Ashley's customer service told me that they needed to see if the furniture could be repaired before they would replace or return the furniture.
Last Friday they sent out a repair person from a 3rd party company. About the only thing he did was tighten some knobs on the chest and order a replacement *** for one of the drawers.
He convently forgot to include in his report the 2 inch gash in the dresser I purchased.
Also don't believe the next day delivery they advertise my friend purchased furniture before labor day it still hasn't been delivered.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
