I bought a sectional sofa in 2016 and was talked into getting the "Worry Free Lifestyle" protection plan for an additional $350. Was told it would protect against any damage to the sofa, stains, rips, tears, punctures, anything.

Yesterday my dog caused a rip in one of the cushions. Called the protection plan people who said they don't cover that and that I should have received a packet in the mail saying what all they DONT cover. Never got anything in the mail, only the one pager saying basically it covers rips, tears, punctures, animal urine, etc. Called Ashely furniture who said I should cancel the protection plan...

They also gave me a number to Ashely Direct. Waited on the phone for over 10 minutes to get a girl who said I need to call the local store. Ashely furniture can't even give me a price so I can buy a replacement cushion.

Never shopping with them again. The whole system is just a ripoff.
