I purchased this approximately 6 years ago.The set consists of a sofa, recliner, chair and ottoman.

I notified Ashley Furniture customer support 2 years ago that my furniture started to peel. I even bought the extended warranty - which does not cover "peeling". I sent photos too. They said they were sorry but all they could do is have me order the replacement parts and they would give me the labor for the fix for free.

Well I have had to replace almost every part on this whole set.

I can not believe a furniture dealer of this size does not stand behind their products!Stay away from Ashley Furniture!
