Bought a series of bedroom furniture sets about 3 years ago from Ashley.
Unbeknownst to me, this turned out to be a cheap-film shrunk-wrapped product, which soon-after was discontinued by the company. They did not disclose that the product would fail within 1 year (warranty period), which it has and all the skin is cracking and peeling-off exposing the raw MDF wood.
At delivery, the drawers did not fit and number of problems were reported, but could not be fixed by their own repairmen. In order not to take it back, the management provided a meager discount, without disclosing the major failure of their products.
The major investment $$$$ in furniture now is probably less than ZERO (Have to pay to trash).
I have no confidence in this company or its products and will never buy or recommend Ashley who should have disclosed their awful product, but instead decided to cheat.
Reason of review: Most of the above.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
