While delivering mattresses my furniture was damaged. The delivery guy took a board out of the bottom of the bed and ripped apart my foot board.

The delivery company owner I spoke with told me his company was not responsible. After hours and hours of calling people, no one would take care of the problem. First called local store, then customer care corporate (spent an hour and a half on hold), then had to call XTO - the delivery something in Atlanta.

Each time I was told someone would contact me and they did not. When I called the local Snellville, GA store again there was no one there that could help me and no one called me back again.

Product or Service Mentioned: Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
