No one has reached out to me yet? Trying to get someone from Ashely Home Store on the line is ridiculous. They easily take your money but give you a hassle on getting it back.

When I put this sofa and love seat in the layaway, I asked the sales rep. would it be a problem with getting my money back.

He stated "No. He also did not bother to explain the refund process neither. Well I shopped around because I wanted more for my money and when I reached out to their chat online. Adrianna which she took awhile to keep responding to my chat, Stated first the layaway had to be cancelled and that will take 5 business days, then they will process a refund back to my debit card and that can take 7-14 days and my cash, I would receive a check and that will take 3-4 weeks.

the entire chat session with her was horrible because she was hestitant throughout the entire chat vs I chatted with 2 other people and they were chatting with me right away. When the responded, I responded and she was not helpful.... For the refund part, If all that would of been explained to me then I would of never gave them my cash money. I would of used my debit card.

Every time I call the store nobody is available for me to speak with them. Their furniture is too expensive for Ashley not to have a live person answering their phone lines. The entire process is krazy. Every time I have went to their store, I was never greeted by a salesman.

They are always upfront talking. The first day I went there I waited 2 hours before getting any assistance which they were busy as *** but the process should be more better and convience. Adrianna needs to be trained how to chat with customers and be more caring and concern especially when customers are spending XXX amount of dollars. Also yesterday on 1/7, I tried calling the store and had no success.

I reached out to the support line and that's when I was transferred to a team lead. He tried reaching out to the store for me and was on hold for about 10 minutes or longer. He came back to the line and told me that his call was unsuccessful and soon as he reaches the manager he will call me. Today is 1/08 and I have not heard from the Store manager, manager on duty.

Poor customer service from that store.

Ashley should make phone calls more convenient t for the customer if they are spending their money with them. This how you lose customers.

Preferred solution: I want my $1000 to get refunded back to my debit card I used, Give me my $600 cash back in my hand and not No check, Issue me a $100 ASHLEY GIFT CARD for the Gift card that I used because I threw it away.. .
