My husband and I had to patiently wait 3 weeks for our new mattress to arrive. It was a Serta Surrey Lane plush pillow top mattress.

Well the two delivery guys drop it off and immediately tear off the plastic wrapping. Something didn't quite look right but I couldn't put my finger on it. . .the delivery guy was very pushy and impatient.

I asked him if they could wait just a minute for me to send the a picture of the mattress to my husband. He refused. He said NO. Either you accept this mattress or I take it back right now, I cannot wait.

( Mind you, they've already loaded my old mattress into the back of their *rental truck*) He quickly asked for my original paperwork and compared it with his. He said the numbers matched and THIS WAS THE BED WE ORDERED. I said ok, and signed the paper; because he was so sure it was the correct bed. *Big mistake* The tags on the side of the bed even say SERTA SURREY LANE.

So how could the tags be wrong, right? Just as he was getting back into his vehicle; it hit me! The pillow mattress material and pattern were totally different then the one we picked out in the store. I quickly called for him to come back and told him.

Once again he assured me that this was the correct mattress and he said if I didn't want it he'd take it back and I'd have to contact Ashely furniture to order another mattress. ( Which would take another 3 weeks) I felt very rushed to make my decision. He told me, if anything came up I can simply contact the store and have it sorted out. So I agreed, still feeling uncertain about it.

My husband gets home about 10 minutes after the transaction takes place an right away says...no, this isn't the bed I chose. The top material is very thin and stretchy. Cheap feeling. So of course we immediately called the store where we kindly greeted by our sales person JACOB.

He sounded like he wanted to be helpful, gave me his personal number so I could send him pictures. And.....that's were it stopped. I sent him pictures and no reply...waited ...no reply....45 mins pass...I texted..no reply. Finally after an hour I got a simple short reply saying, " I got your picture, the numbers match up, that's the right bed" My husband then called him, texting was getting no where.

His phone went straight to voicemail! So we called the store. Another employee gave us the run around..and since we live 45 minutes from the store we couldn't just drive there. They said a manager would be in contact with us.

We waited hours, and called back...same guy picked up the phone. So we start telling him we just want the mattress the ordered. His reply was the I sighed for that one and they wouldn't take it back! What about the trial period they told us about it store?

30 days?!

Now the mattress is off gassing something horrible and Im getting headaches and can't even stand to be in my room! I'm so upset that they don't value their customers.
