We got 3 beds, all of them have issues - damaged/broken/unpainted/ not finished/ not polished properly. My king bed is damaged on the leg board. I purchased a king size bed - 2 side tables, desk, bookshelf, oversized mirror, a large entry table, requested all to be delivered "boxed". The rails for the bed and the headboard (damaged box) we're the only items left boxed in truck. Several weeks later I was able to open the headboard "boxed" and the center too was damaged. I was a victim of price gouging. Ashley furniture on Germantown Pkwy in Memphis, TN charged me $1099 for a queen size Hadelyn bed that is $595 on their website. I ordered a bed from Ashley and not only did they bring the wrong bed twice. It was on back order and no one had the decency to call or send an email. I will never shop there again. I was excited to make my first bed purchase ever. I told the saleslady I needed a platform bed for my guest room. We found it, I paid with a check and I was excited. It was delivered on Tuesday. Worst customer service and quality. Pieces that they delivered were different color, very bad quality ( bed frame is so unstable that I cannot use it at all ) and when I wanted to exchange or return they told me they do not take returns. Bought a cal King bed. Broke in one month. After so many emails, calls, to come fix because I bought extra warrentees finally got store credit because they discontinued that style. I finally figured out where the odor has been coming from...thought it was mildew from the outside. Its the wood in my bed frame. Disgusting odor. I will have to throw out the 7 month old smelly bed.
