The leather couch that I purchased with the extended warranty had cushion issues. The cushion on one side of the couch sunk down and the tech came out to insert more cushion but it still sinks down making it hard to get out of the couch.
I called and spoke with the warranty department they told me it was not a warranty issue, the tech came out on a courteously issue.
I asked why isn't the other side doing the same thing the individual that called said she did not know, and that it wasn't warranty. I told her that I will never purchase anything from Ashley's again and I will spread the word that it is a junk store.
