They overcharged me $300 in CASH to cover extended warranty which I stated 5 times that I did NOT want and they told me they had a coupon to cover it but when I received my statement I was charged an additional $300!!! So $600 for extended warranty which I had already said I did not want!!! Plus they charged shipping and delivery but they did not deliver it into my house! The drivers were incompetent and could not get it into the house without damaging the wall, which they did, and so they left it outside!!! My husband and I brought it inside with no problem

When the furniture was delivered one of the legs on the bed was broken, the dresser was scratched up at the bottom, 2 weeks later they delivered another bed and one of the dresser drawers wouldn't pull out, had to send it back, called to ask how much would they knock off on the dresser if we decide to keep it, they stated 150.00, it worth more than 150.00 for the inconvenience, to make a long story short they don't have their own tools to set up your furniture and the 2 men that delivered the furniture had been smoking weed, the bottom line their quality of furniture isn't worth 500.00, the next time I need furniture I will go to Haverty's or Sprintz, Ashley needs to go out of business, they are a RIP OFF

The furniture was great but the financing was not explained! I made 2 purchases with NO Interest Promo!, or so I thought. The Quick, you have to tell them how you want your payments posted. They have 3 different methods of applying your payment, But they pick the one that’s most advantage to them. I had one purchase that was to end 10/19 and a second promotion end 08/21. Well guess what? they posted more payment on the 08/21 promo so the balance was smaller than the 10/19 promo! C'mon folks don't get duped like I did! I never had this issue anywhere else. Shame on you Ashley Furniture.

my identity was stolen i had to close all my accounts and open new ones. I had all accounts on auto payment and only owed 500 which was hoing to be paid off last month due to promo well long story short i forgot in the mess and i recievef interest charges added toy account in the amount of 1200 I called as soon as I found out due to the auto payments and trying to add new account and not be charged to the old account and return fees etc they were straight up rude I cannot afford this additional expense after trying to recover from this theft for the 4th time this sucks shame on you ashleys thanks for kicking a loyal long time customer while she is down

The day after they delivered the couch we knew we'd made a mistake. Poor quality and soooo uncomfortable. We called Ashley to return it because our slick sales guy had said they had a 3 day return policy. Nope. Customer service was rude, they repeatedly put us on long holds and finally after 3 days of calling told us they would not take the couch back but we could pay them to pick it up! Never buy anything from them!

Milpitas store horrible | Ashley Furniture review from Palo Alto, California

They delivered me a damaged sofa and I refused to accept it. The driver who delivered me the sofa uploaded pics of damage and called Customer care for same. The Ashley customer care told me that they are going to send an evening team and they would get it exchanged. None of the team showed up at my place. I followed up with them 5 times and every time they would say we are working on it but there would be no updates. Finally they are saying we would repair it and I am pissed as I wanted to get it exchanged from day 1 , not repaired. I paid them for brand new sofa not for a repaired one.
