Purchased a bedroom set that was on sale. I asked the associate if the whole set was included and she said "yes." The chest was not included with the rest of the furniture. The next day I went and spoke to the manager and was informed the chest was not part of the package and noticed on the invoice it was not included. Very disappointed in table I bought, picked it up with my son, still in box never even looked at it , got home put together scratches all over top of it, called up had someone come out fix... WHAT A JOKE, called after I seen it funny still waiting for call week later, who don't look at there merchandise before it goes out!!!!!!

We purchased a double recliner and sofa, including the 5 year extra warranty, from Ashley in LaGrange Ga. Tony is the manager. Within three months the naughahyde started peeling in several places. We called and complained but no no avail. A manufacturer rep was suppose to call and correct it. It got worse and we called again in May...again no action. This place is beyond unprofessional. I walked around the store for 29 minutes and was never greated. While I was going to the restroom I noticed two people making out, it didn't bother me at first because it's a free country BUT what did bother me was finding out that was the manager and one of her sale employees. I bought a couch and love seat for 2500. Thought it was good leather. First when it was delivered we found that a hole was repaired in the back. It was like pulling teeth to get it fixed. Then when the repair man came found that the wood under was broke. Now 4yrs. Later my couch is peeling. Not happy!!!!!! I have bought my last thing from Ashley. Purchased a the durablend couch with recliners and loveseat. The sofa began peeling within the extended warranty timeframe. I could understand if I had a large family or pets but I don't. I take very good care of my belongings and as such it is very disappointing to know I invested my hard earned money in such a poorly crafted product. Approximately 1 1/2 years ago we purchased the Knox sofa and loveseat from Ashley furniture. These 2 pieces of furniture are the worst quality furniture that I have ever purchased. ASHLEY FURNITURE This is not for the folks that have already purchased from Ashley; they already know! As for you newbies out there - caveat emptor (buyer beware)! Deliveries are notoriously late and incomplete. Further for being costly furniture, they DO NOT STAND BEHIND their merchandise! I purchased an expensive mattress from Ashley Furniture last year. I am even more frustrated that I must continue to pay on a defective mattress. After having two techs visit my home to examine my mattress, it was determined I did not meet the criteria for replacement. So much for a 10 year replacement warranty. Couch springs started popping off after a few years of light use. I was able to put them back together but noticed the underside is made of pressed wood, 1x2s and held together with staples. Called Ashley service - sent them pictures of the damaged frame; they wanted as much to fix the couch I paid for it. I'm not going to waste more money fixing this junk with more staples.
