Bought power recliners.After year and a half called the warranty company.They send s tech person which determined that it was the cushion that gave up.After not hearing back,I called again and was told to read the contract “cushions not under warranty” on sofa set ? total scam !

Do not purchase from Ashley furniture
I ordered furniture 3 weeks ago they deliver 2 weeks later than when the furniture arrive the sofa is ripped then I schedule another delivery date I get a call the day before informing me they only can deliver the sofa and they will have to deliver my love seat another day.

Ashley Furniture review: Run for the hills.. My $800 couches zippers won't zip. They want $119 to come check it out.. They suck.Money hungry. Only because we didn't have them deliver..Go somewhere else.
They want me to empty cushions, zip them to couch, then fill them back up with their gross filling. No help at all. Ash brown leather couch.

Ashley Furniture review in Macon West, Georgia: Good products well made
All the probs I have had with my product is I have the electrically operated love seat. The hand switches always break/pull out from the hand held switch. I have repaired several till repair is not possible.

Need replacement bolts for dunk bed. After 11 years, they have all bent and had to be cut to disassemble bed.

Ashley Furniture review: Coloring came off head rest on recliner.
I sent pictures to warrenty company and they declined saying excessive wear and tear. furniture 2 years old.I am 69 and I am the only person sets in chair. I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran and I called to tell my salesman I bought new furniture from another and I would not shop there again. The store manager got on the phone and told me not to call there again or come in the store. I reported his actions to the VA because of my severe PTSD and I called Attorney Office and reported his actions. He should of never treated me disrespectfully. all this put me in depression because of his actions and I had to call and report it to the VA on his actions to me.

Ashley Furniture review: AWFUL Customer Service
Wrong item was delivered- I was told 3 weeks ago the correct item would be in 10/30/19; I called today, now they said "possibly by 11/9/19" but they have no control over orders. When I said I would just cancel the order and come pick up the wrong item the manager replied "that's fine with me - you have no patience"

You can return it. They have a 25% restocking fee i think.
They also have a 30 day return policy. Talk to the manager.
