Order Placed On 2/18/21

I have been waiting on my order for 7 months and still have not received, and every time I call they give me a different date on when It's going to be delivered.

User's recommendation: Don't order online, go in the store and get what you looking for.

Send them a certified letter.. 2 weeks deliver or refund. Then take them to court

Horrible Customer Service

Good Afternoon, I need someone from corporate to contact me via e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. I am having a major altercation with members of the Glen Burnie, MD store regarding the delivery of the items that I paid for a LONG time ago.....Please help. Bad service

Bad customer service and the staff seemed to me like they took the point of view that they couldn't care less if my order was taken care of or not. I have purchased furniture from Ashley in the past with very good results, but one bad experience has changed that for me.

Can't get in touch with ashley furniture customer service.

Original number was changed to a "medicare group". I have an extended warranty but no number to be able to reach anybody

Waiting on my email fir my claim to fill out. Never got it.

Called to complain about my furniture being faded on my sofa and damaged end table with spots that need to be fixed. The lady I spoke with said she would send a email but have not received it to fill out. Its been 4 days now. Why do you make your customers jump through hoops to get help.

Someone to come and fix the problem

Furniture Delays

We ordered our furniture for our new home in April to be ahead of any delay concerns, and now nearly October, we are told that some of our order will not be available until December. Found out, they have given some of our items to another customer per their rotation program. I am through with Ashley.

We haven’t received Oder

I bought a bed the mattress and furniture and blanket set and haven't received it I was told 8weeks, and it has passed the date I remember it was supposed to be delivered. I can't find my account number, but my name is Desiree Timal phone number 424-350-**** addresses 3126 peachwood drive, Lancaster, CA 93536. Not only that, but I've been trying to call the store and customer service, but it never goes through and there is a pause, then it hangs up on me.
