Broken furniture

I will Never, Never , Never buy any furniture from Ashleys again!!!!!!!! I ordered a bed and the technician came to put the bed together and didnt put in all of the screws. The bed fell apart within a week. I called Ashley they told me that they would send the hardware. I said ok. When i called back 2 weeks later they informed me that it would get to me by February!!!. In the meantime the bed fell completely apart and Im sleeping on a mattress with no support. When i call customer service they tell me to call the store where I brought it from. When I call the store they tell me to call customer service. I paid an additional $200 fora warranty and this is the service I get!!!

Product worn after 2 weeks, Horrible customer service

1 week after delivery padding every where collapsed. arms were on wood. Called customer service, they will send a Tech. After another week went into store, was told no manager there, I will wait, like magic a manager showed up. Must send a tech out to examine. 3 weeks the Tech showed up, said that is the product ! I said: wears in 1 week ? He said yes. nothing will be done. Looking I have found hundreds of complaints about the same issues. I have shopped here for many years - NEVER AGAIN. Zero customer service, they do not stand by their product. After a week I should not be dealing with these issues.

User's recommendation: Do not shop here, horrible products, ZERO customer service-RESEARCH.

Full refund or at minimum Credit to purchase a different set, this is horrible and causes pain from sitting on wood. Been shopping Ashley for 20 years-what happened to them ?

Unreasonable Delivery communication and EXCESIVE delays in call and chat holds

I have been in the chat box for over three hours and Melyssa could not help me so she passed me to Ashley G who has not responded to me in 30 minutes. She has read all but my last chat message and is now ignoring me. The waits and passing the buck between departments for your company are very frustrating and annoying. This is probably the last order I will place with you as every order has had issues. After four hours and three representatives, we finally figured out that the order that was reported as delivered had in fact only been shipped on the day they said it was "delivered". They knew it was a glitch in their system, but did not even apologize.

User's recommendation: Think twice before you order on-line from Ashley. It is a separate entity than the stores adn customer service is difficult at best. You MUST be home to accept delivery and good luck getting the call for when they will show up. You'll have to be home waiting. Inspect every item before you accept the delivery.

After 4 deliveries and 4 months i still don't have my bedroom set. all delivery were not rapped or boxed and damaged on the truck. Company has no refund policy. Store manager (plano tx) said we just sale the items we can't help you can call customer service. company will not provide any name or number of management above store level.

WHERE IS MY PRODUCT??????

This is complete crap. I've called customer service and wasted hours waiting online for someone to say they have no idea where my order is, but will send me a tracking number to my email, which NEVER happened. I ordered this futon 3 years ago and have no update on it. I demand to speak to someone about this. It's such an inconvenience and I need it for this weekend! We bought it because we have people staying over. Can you please explain why they can sleep on the couch or floor? I want to be compensated for this inconvenience. If you cannot get this product to me ASAP, I want a refund immediately.

Complaint

I just want to tell you it really has made it hard on me because we have so much things for Christmas that had to be moved to put up our Christmas tree and decorations . It has put a lot of stress on me and my family I was also told that I would be compensated for the length it has taken I don't know what that will be but I think I should after all the stress and wait and the fact you had my full payment from July 21,2021. As at this moment I am a disatisfied customer.

Duped, bamboozled, lied to, lack of integrity

Sorry I went to Ashley. I thought so, but no return, exchange, credit for an item. Online it is a "modular sofa"yOUYOUyThe delivery guy said I had 3 days to return it. The following day, the manager said he has no control, it was up to Ashley. He doesn't make the policy but would change if I purchased a mattress. I have this hulk in my house with no one seeming willing or able to remedy. Am I responsible for-1/2 of it, all?? Didn't know this could be a franchise, hence lack of integrity.

I have one piece of hulking furniture that doesn't fit. I'd like this piece picked up, and credit issued. I can go to another Ashley for exchange or credit for another item. Prefer not to do business with this one.
