Purchased our bedroom set 12/24/2019. Told furniture would be delivered 1/3/2020, all set then told they could deliver due to change in Cali laws, really this was a surprise ? Re-scheduled for 1/16/2020, my wife had to take a vacation day, all communication was its a go, be there between 10-2, at 5:30pm they called to say sorry cant make it..... so a day later and lots of calls to Alex the store manager, and Mitch Odele the regional mgr nothing no response.

Sad Bought living room furniture, received delivery weeks later. NOT HAPPY with their product. Not nearly as comfortable in our home as it was in their showroom. Cancelled order because they shipped one of two pieces. They would not pick up the one they delivered. Called Jan 2nd, 3rd, 4th, (closed 5th and 6th) 7th, 8th and was told each time I called that UPPER MANAGEMENT needed to approve the pick up. Decided to rent a truck to return it to their warehouse in Bessemer, AL. Bought furniture through SYNCHRONY BANK and Ashley would not tell us how to get in touch with said bank. Not happy with Ashley Furniture.

I purchased a sectional with a lounger on one end and a cuddler on the other. The fabric is horrible. It is all pilling and they don't care! Told me to go buy a sweater shaver! The cuddler fabric is cut on the bias and is stretched with a big bulge. They replaced that cushion cover and now the fabric doesn't match the rest of the sectional! Wish I had never purchased!

3 pieces ordered 11/11/2019....2 items arrived 12/29/19...still waiting on the couch 1/5/2020. Have not received 3 tables purchased in store 11/19/2019...first delivery was wrong item. The second delivery was damaged per their report. The 'customer care' typically has a 30min wait. This is even for store employees waiting on customers. Awful awful experience will never do business with them again.
